Feliz y bendecida tarde amigas de LOH, hoy una vez más tengo el placer de participar en una nueva iniciativa: Ladies of Hive Community Contest #290, donde se nos presentan dos interrogantes para debatir, y yo me decidí por, ¿Cuál es tu paraíso seguro favorito para relajarte y por qué?, y debo confesarles que para mi el lugar perfecto para relajarnos y sentirnos en paz y seguro es rodeados por nuestra maravillosa naturaleza, la playa, la montaña, ríos, parques, ya que son lugares donde la paz que se respira nos permiten pensar, reflexionar y ordenar nuestras ideas.

Yo pienso que todos llevamos dentro un lugar especial donde nos gusta descansar, relajarnos, donde respiramos con más libertad, y para mí definitivamente ese lugar es la playa, no sólo es un destino de vacaciones, ni un simple viaje bonito, es mi paraíso personal, mi espacio seguro, ese sitio al que yo vuelvo con mis pensamientos cuando necesito serenidad, cuando me siento abrumada o cuando simplemente me quiero desconectar de todo, me gusta la la playa, colocar mis pies descalzos sobre la arena, es una sensación increíble, escuchar el sonido de las olas del mar rompiendo en la orilla y escuchar las gaviotas, eso para mi no tiene precio.

Allí sentada a la orilla del mar encuentro todo lo que necesito, descanso, me relajo, recargo mis energías, ordeno mis ideas, la playa no me pide nada, solo me ofrece en su gran inmensidad, un ambiente de relajación impresionante, observar su horizonte sin límites esa brisa suave que golpea mi rostro y parece llevarse con ella todo aquello que me puede estar abrumando, y me deja una sensación de alivio y renueva mis fuerzas, siempre voy con mis hijos, mi hermana, es ese lugar donde definitivamente siempre quiero estar.

Todos estarán de acuerdo conmigo que hay pocos lugares que tienen ese poder de reunir a una familia de la manera en lo que lo hace la playa, los ríos, la naturaleza en general, no hay pantallas que compitan con la emoción de estar en ese lugar en familia disfrutando, pasándola bien, riendo, no hay distracciones que superen esa alegría de construir un castillo de arena, jugar pelota, correr por la arena, comerse un plato de pescado rico, conversar, sonreír, la playa crea ese escenario perfecto para que los vínculos familiares se fortalezcan de manera natural, sin ningún tipo de esfuerzo.

Siempre que puedo voy con mis hijos, mis nietas, y es un momento que me encanta disfrutar, me siento y los veo correr, jugar, para mí son momentos ricos y un gran tesoro que ningún dinero puede comprar.

La playa tiene esa capacidad casi terapéutica para devolvernos el equilibrio emocional cuando la vida se nos vuelve acelerada, y más en estos tiempos de tanto estrés, cuando los pensamientos se acumulan sin orden, las preocupaciones, a veces ese cansancio que nos invade el cuerpo, es ahí donde les digo a mis hijos, necesitamos un viajecito para la playa, solamente vamos y me siento frente al mar, sentir esa energía revitalizante que nos reconforta y nos hace sentir en paz y en armonía con nosotros mismos.

Ladies of Hive Community Contest #290 // What is your favorite safe haven to relax in and why?

Happy and blessed afternoon, friends of LOH! Today I have the pleasure of participating once again in a new initiative: Ladies of Hive Community Contest #290. We are presented with two questions to discuss, and I chose: "What is your favorite safe haven to relax in and why?" I must confess that for me, the perfect place to relax and feel at peace and safe is surrounded by our wonderful nature: the beach, the mountains, rivers, parks. These are places where the tranquility allows us to think, reflect, and organize our thoughts.

I I think we all have a special place inside where we like to rest, relax, where we can breathe more freely, and for me, that place is definitely the beach. It's not just a vacation destination, or simply a nice trip; it's my personal paradise, my safe space, that place I return to with my thoughts when I need serenity, when I feel overwhelmed, or when I simply want to disconnect from everything. I love the beach, placing my bare feet on the sand—it's an incredible feeling. Listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and hearing the seagulls—that, for me, is priceless.

Over there Sitting by the sea, I find everything I need: rest, relaxation, recharging, and clearing my mind. The beach asks nothing of me; it simply offers, in its vastness, an awe-inspiring atmosphere of relaxation. Observing its boundless horizon, feeling the gentle breeze on my face, seemingly carrying away anything that might be overwhelming me, leaves me with a sense of relief and renewed strength. I always go with my children and my sister; it's the place where I always want to be.

All You'll agree with me that few places have the power to bring a family together the way the beach, rivers, and nature in general do. There are no screens to compete with the excitement of being there as a family, enjoying yourselves, having fun, laughing. There are no distractions that can surpass the joy of building a sandcastle, playing ball, running on the sand, eating a delicious plate of fish, talking, and smiling. The beach creates the perfect setting for family bonds to strengthen naturally, without any effort.

Whenever I can, I go with my children and granddaughters, and it's a moment I love to enjoy. I sit and watch them run and play; for me, these are precious moments and a great treasure that no money can buy.

The beach has that almost therapeutic ability to restore our emotional balance when life gets hectic, especially in these stressful times when thoughts pile up without order, worries accumulate, and sometimes that exhaustion invades our bodies. That's when I tell my children, "We need a little trip to the beach." We just go, and I sit facing the sea, feeling that revitalizing energy that comforts us and makes us feel at peace and in harmony with ourselves.
