Hola, mis estimados compañeros de #DIYHUB, llegó el momento oportuno para compartir mi experiencia con todos ustedes sobre la incorporación de nuevos Creadores de Contenido.
Hive se ha convertido en mi lugar preferido para compartir mis experiencias personales, desarrollar mis talentos y disfrutar del contenido de muchas personas talentosas, además de encontrar hermosas amistades.
Cuando miré el post del concurso, me animé a aceptar el desafío y proponerme a compartir Hive. Tomé nota de cada consejo, sin embargo, necesitaba desarrollar mi propio plan de acción para captar nuevos creadores, uno que se adaptara a mi agenda personal.
El apoyo al contenido de Hive es algo que hago a través de mi cuenta personal de Twitter @gabrielabistoc1 compartiendo el hermoso trabajo de los artesanos que hacen vida en las comunidades como #DIYHUB.
A pesar de que hago esto casi a diario, este medio no fue mi primera opción para hacer invitaciones a incorporarse a Hive.
Necesitaba una red que se adaptara a mi tiempo y me permitiera llegar a personas más cercanas a mí, así que le pedí de forma amable a mi esposo que difundiera la información a través de su historia de WhatsApp. Para este paso, realicé un post a través de Canva para resumir detalles sobre Hive.
Hello, my dear fellow #DIYHUB members, the time is right to share my experience with you all about onboarding new Content Creators. Hive has become my favorite place to share my personal experiences, develop my talents and enjoy content from many talented people, as well as find beautiful friendships. When I looked at the contest post, I was encouraged to take up the challenge and set out to share Hive. I took note of every tip, however, I needed to develop my own plan of action to engage new creators, one that would fit my personal schedule.
🌺My first steps to Spread Hive through the web 2
Supporting Hive content is something I do through my personal Twitter account @gabrielabistoc1 sharing the beautiful work of the artisans who make life in communities like #DIYHUB.
Even though I do this almost daily, this medium was not my first choice for making invitations to join Hive. I needed a network that would fit my time and allow me to reach people closer to me, so I kindly asked my husband to spread the word through his WhatsApp story. For this step, I made a post through Canva to summarize details about Hive.

El interés por el post fue inmediato y las preguntas no se hicieron esperar, el mismo día que coloque la información dos jóvenes hermanos Eliannys y José Gutiérrez, se interesaron por ser parte de Hive, eso fue una alegría para mí, aunque sabía que tenía que ayudarlos y llevarlos paso a paso para no abrumarlos con tanta información.
Mi reunión con ambos fue el mismo día, no tuve complicaciones para hablar con ellos, ambos fueron muy receptivos para comprender qué debían hacer.
Al igual que otros chicos, otras personas también tienen el interés por integrarse a Hive, incluso cuando ayude a una de ellas a ser parte de hive. Ella está trabajando para presentarse a la comunidad. En el caso de las otras personas, específicamente 3 entre las cuales está mi madre una costurera muy talentosa y mi hermana una joven muy talentosa con las manualidades, no pudieron abrir sus cuentas por la falta de un dispositivo para hacer sus post, ya que este se les dañó, en su caso será para una próxima oportunidad.
The same day that I posted the information two young brothers Eliannys and Jose Gutierrez, were interested in being part of Hive, that was a joy for me, although I knew I had to help them and take them step by step so as not to overwhelm them with so much information.
My meeting with both of them was the same day, I had no complications to talk to them, both of them were very receptive to understand what they should do. Like other guys, other people also have the interest to integrate to Hive, even when I helped one of them to be part of hive. She is working on introducing herself to the community. In the case of the other people, specifically 3 among which is my mother a very talented seamstress and my sister a very talented young woman with crafts, they could not open their accounts for lack of a device to make their posts, as this was damaged, in their case it will be for a next opportunity.

Antes de concretar la cita con ambos hermanos para abrir sus cuentas, le hice varias preguntas simples como: si cuentan con acceso a internet fijo, manejo de datos, ¿qué dispositivo usarán para trabajar con Hive?
Teléfono o computadora, todo para saber qué sugerencias darle y cómo organizar la información.
Una vez aclarada su situación, seleccioné las aplicaciones que podían emplear desde sus dispositivos, en este caso sus teléfonos inteligentes, porque ambos chicos no cuentan con computadoras.
Sus cuentas fueron abiertas desde la aplicación - https://join.d.buzz/ ya que esta fue la que les permitió acceder sin complicaciones. Las otras aplicaciones presentaron fallas que le impidieron abrir sus cuentas. Fueron momentos desesperantes para mí casi una hora tratando de abrir sus cuentas, también las caídas de la conexión al internet causaron problemas, gracias a Dios pudimos saltar los inconvenientes y crear ambos perfiles.

Before making the appointment with both brothers to open their accounts, I asked them several simple questions such as: if they have access to fixed internet, data management, what device will they use to work with Hive? Phone or computer, all to know what suggestions to give them and how to organize the information. Once their situation was clarified, I selected the applications that they could use from their devices, in this case their smartphones, because both boys do not have computers. Their accounts were opened from the application https://join.d.buzz/ since this was the one that allowed them to access without complications. The other applications presented failures that prevented them from opening their accounts. They were desperate moments for me almost an hour trying to open their accounts, also the internet connection drops caused problems, thank God we were able to skip the inconveniences and create both profiles.

Luego de una exitosa incorporación, empezaron las preguntas, principalmente, que no debían hacer: la frecuencia para publicar y qué cantidad de posts podían publicar a diario y la principal cuando cobrarían sus HBD 😅. Además de explicarle la importancia de la Comunidad #DIYHUB en Hive y el potencial que pueden expresar al publicar en ella, un punto que para nosotros es importante mantenerlos interesados en mostrar sus talentos a través de esta comunidad. Gracias a mi experiencia en Hive pude aconsejarles y aclarar sus dudas. Para mí fue un momento especial, pude ver mi capacidad para promocionar hive y guiar a otras personas, aunque reconozco que me falta mucho por aprender.
En cuanto a su primer post, hubo muchos detalles que recomendarles, aunque voluntariamente decidieron publicar su post de introducción en la Comunidad #DIYHUB.
Hasta ahora ambos se han mantenido publicando a través de Liketu y ecency aplicaciones que para ellos han sido fáciles de comprender. Todavía faltan cosas por aprender, ambos saben que cuentan con mi apoyo.
After a successful incorporation, they started the questions, mainly, that they should not ask: the frequency to publish and what amount of posts they could publish daily and the main one when they would charge their HBD 😅. Besides explaining to them the importance of the #DIYHUB Community on Hive and the potential they can express by posting on it, a point that for us is important to keep them interested in showing their talents through this community. Thanks to my experience in Hive I was able to advise them and clarify their doubts. For me it was a special moment, I could see my ability to promote hive and guide other people, although I recognize that I still have a lot to learn. As for their first post, there were many details to recommend them, although they voluntarily decided to publish their introductory post in the #DIYHUB Community.
So far both have kept publishing through Liketu and ecency applications that for them have been easy to understand. There are still things to learn, they both know they have my support.

Esta experiencia ha sido para mi muy enriquecedora, divertida, siempre mantengo que todos podemos llegar tan lejos como no los propongamos, lo mismo pasa con el marketing a través de la web 2, todo implica esfuerzo y constancia, este desafío nos lleva a ver nuestras capacidades a aportar un granito de arena para la difusión de Hive.

I'm glad Eliannys and José Gutiérrez were immediately excited to join after seeing your post. Walking them through the account setup process, despite some initial technical hurdles with the apps, showed your dedication as a guide. Addressing their common questions about posting, earnings, and the #DIYHUB community upfront was wise to set expectations.
