Hello ActiPeeps!

After a few days away from posting, let's see if I can come back in full force!

I want to get back on track on some good habits besides walking but don't want to get into them all at once because I'm sure I'll get overwhelmed and hide somewhere lol

So I started with drinking more water! Been making a nice big bottle of green tea to drink in the morning to bring to work and keep me awake!

Also got into intermittent fasting again and register my calories!

Slow and steady and tea is my best friend 😁

I know I have to get off my bum and start moving more again. I am pretty good on drinking water. I agree that changing too many things at once can lead to overwhelm and giving up. Great pictures! Happy New year to you and your family.

I do walk a lot but it's not enough though. On the 31st I had to walk to my inlaws and it is a very steep hill and I almost died LOL
It's time to dust off the static bike instead of using it to hang clothes 🤣🤣

You're welcome! I know what you mean on both things. We had an exercise machine for resistance exercises that I used to pile stuff on in the apartment. Now it's in storage because there isn't any space for it here at the house. Hills are fun, right?! And you don't smoke. The steps at my old apartment were very steep and I was in my early 30s and a light smoker. I quit completely after going up one day and wheezing and couldn't catch my breath.
