Hola amig@s, nuevamente nos leemos por acá. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta y preparación de una rica torta hecha con leche condensada y dos ingredientes mas, es super sencilla y sin gastar mucho dinero ya que solo son 3 ingredientes. Espero les guste y se animen a preparar en casa.

Ingredientes:
280gr de harina de trigo leudante.
3 huevos.
1 lata de leche condensada.
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear en caso de que la harina sea todo uso.

Hello friends, once again we read each other here. Today I want to share with you a recipe and preparation of a delicious cake made with condensed milk and two other ingredients, it is super simple and without spending a lot of money since there are only 3 ingredients. I hope you like it and I encourage you to prepare it at home.

Ingredients:
280gr of leavening wheat flour.
3 eggs.
1 can of condensed milk.
2 teaspoons of baking powder in case the flour is all-purpose.

Preparación:

1.- Lo primero que se debe hacer es precalentar el horno a 180°c así como engrasar y enharinar el molde para tortas y dejarlo a un lado.

2.- Colocar en la licuadora los 3 huevos, la leche condensada y licuar por aproximadamente 2 o 3 minutos hasta que queden bien integrados los ingredientes.

Preparation:

1.- The first thing to do is to preheat the oven to 180°c as well as grease and flour the cake pan and set aside.

2.- Place the 3 eggs and the condensed milk in the blender and blend for approximately 2 or 3 minutes until the ingredients are well integrated.

3.- Colocar la harina que debe estar tamizada en el bol para mezclar y añadir poco a poco el contenido licuado, revolviendo de forma envolvente hasta que no queden grumos en la masa.

3.- Place the sifted flour in the mixing bowl and add the blended contents little by little, stirring until there are no lumps in the dough.

4.- Verter la masa en un molde para tortas, debe quedar de uniformemente para que se cocine muy bien en el horno.

4.- Pour the dough into a cake pan, it should be evenly distributed so that it will bake well in the oven.

5.- Llevar al horno por al menos 45 minutos o hasta que al ingresar un palito de cocina en el centro de la tortera el mismo salga seco.

5.- Bake in the oven for at least 45 minutes or until a cooking stick inserted in the center of the pan comes out dry.

6.- Una vez que este listo, retirar del horno y dejar enfriar para desmoldar y degustar.

6.- Once ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the mold and tasting.
