INGLÉS

Dear readers, it is a pleasure to greet you again! I hope you are feeling great.

Here I will leave you a recipe for a carrot pudding that I made for the first time, it is my way since it does not have the typical cream, raisins or cinnamon, but I can assure you that, although very simple, it is divine, fluffy and super easy to make. I will tell you the recipe and my experience.

Ingredients:

3 medium carrots grated.
250 gr of sugar.
1 teaspoon of dry yeast.
250 gr flour.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
3 eggs.

As I had no cinnamon, nor nuts I made it simple, but come on, as the saying goes "less is more" and as everything is to be willing to do things, not having cake pan I made it in the soup pot so it's all a matter of wanting.

1.- In a bowl place the eggs and sugar and beat well until everything was united, add the oil and beat again until everything is integrated, it was liquid, but trusting that it would come out super.

2.- To the flour that was in another bowl I added the yeast and I added it all to the mixture little by little integrating everything in an enveloping way, when I saw that the preparation was well homogeneous I added the grated carrot and integrated it quite well.

3.- Finally, in my pan that was already greased and floured I put the mixture and put it in the oven that was at 180°C for about 50 to 60 minutes, I was watching it every so often to check how it looked, to verify that it was ready I put a knife in the center and when it came out dry the cake was ready.
