Hola mis amigas de esta comunidad en esta oportunidad participare a responder la segunda pregunta.

Si Hive fuera un plato (comida), ¿cuál sería y por qué lo dices?

Bueno yo he dicho esto anteriormente en mis publicaciones y es que soy muy dulcera y cuando leí la pregunta se me vino de inmediato a la mente este postre tan divino que se llama Chocho e’Vaca (Quesillo de Limonsón), es un platillo muy esquisto elaborado a base de limonsón y quesillo. El limonsón es un fruto injerto, que combina al limón con la naranja es más parecido a una toronja y su forma es como la de una pera. Es una fruta que es utilizada en la gastronomía de mi estado Zulia -Venezuela, aquí la podemos conseguir por todos lados. Para hacer el platillo que mencioné, se utiliza la cascara del limonsón, (solo la parte blanca) y el jugo se utiliza para lavar esta cascara. Luego se cocina y se arma el plato con la base de limonsón sumergido en la mezcla del quesillo, todo esto va al horno y queda un postre fenomenal, pero hay algo muy peculiar es que si no se sabe preparar la cascara del limonsón el postre queda dulce-amargo.
Por muchas ocasiones que he probado este platillo y lo he conseguido dulce-amargo, lo he comparado con Hive; mi paseo por esta plataforma ha sido dulce por un lado porque me ha ayudado a demostrar muchas cosas que se y las tenía allí muy reservadas y me ha ayudado a liberarme de todos esos sentimientos que de alguna u otra forma permanecían resguardado y he conseguido a muchas personas fenomenales que han apreciado todo esto. Por ser una colmena es muy dulce como mi postre tiene una inmensidad de conocimientos que son infinitas, Hive se ha convertido en un maestro para mí.
Por otro lado aun poco amargo, primero que yo me inscribí en el año 2018 y a causas de no tener las herramientas necesarias no pude continuar publicando, sino fue hasta este año que retome el camino, y les cuento que ha sido un poco amargo por la falta de conocimiento en el momento de hacer algunas cosas, hay leyes dentro de Hive que no las vemos por ningún lado y cuando nos damos cuenta hemos cometido un error y a causa de ello nos silencian, recibimos puntuación negativa y bueno una cantidad de sanciones que emocionalmente a mí me afectan. Yo he procurado llevar una vida muy correcta pues así me enseñaron mis padres y que a estas alturas por un error muy común que cometí por desconocimiento “olvidar colocar la fuente de una imagen así allá sido mía”, ¡esto es plagio y cosas así, y te silencien!, es tremendo. (espero que por haber escrito esto no me silencien).
Bueno yo he disfrutado mucho la dulzura de Hive aun económicamente no pero si para crecer mucho más como persona y profesional, todos los días aprendemos de las personas que conformas cada una de las comunidades, he conseguido una celda de este panal donde la libertad de expresarnos es infinita. Es un mundo maravilloso y aun soy una aprendiz, los errores siempre estarán presentes pues no soy perfecta, tratare en lo posible de convertirme en una experta de la colmena.
Agradezco a todas las persona de esta comunidad y de todas las comunidades que me han apoyado y me han brindado su conocimientos y experiencias para seguir.

Hello my friends of this community, this time I will participate in answering the second question.

If Hive were a dish (food), what would it be and why do you say so?

Well I have said this before in my publications and I am very sweet and when I read the question I immediately thought of this divine dessert called Chocho e'Vaca (Quesillo de Limonsón), it is a very exquisite dish made with lemon and quesillo. The lemon is a grafted fruit, which combines the lemon with the orange, it is more similar to a grapefruit and its shape is like a pear. It is a fruit that is used in the gastronomy of my state of Zulia -Venezuela, here we can find it everywhere. To make the dish I mentioned, the lemon peel is used (only the white part) and the juice is used to wash the peel. Then it is cooked and the dish is assembled with the lemon base submerged in the quesillo mixture, all this goes in the oven and it is a phenomenal dessert, but there is something very peculiar is that if you do not know how to prepare the lemon peel, the dessert is bitter-sweet.
For many occasions that I have tasted this dish and I have gotten it bitter-sweet, I have compared it to Hive; my walk through this platform has been sweet on the one hand because it has helped me to show many things that I know and I had them there very reserved and it has helped me to release all those feelings that somehow or another way remained guarded and I have gotten many phenomenal people who have appreciated all this. For being a hive is very sweet as my dessert has an immensity of knowledge that is infinite, Hive has become a teacher for me.
On the other hand even a little bit bitter, first that I signed up in 2018 and because of not having the necessary tools I could not continue publishing, but it was until this year that I retake the road, and I tell you that it has been a little bitter because of the lack of knowledge at the time of doing some things, there are laws within Hive that we do not see them anywhere and when we realize we have made a mistake and because of this we are silenced, we receive negative score and well a number of sanctions that emotionally affect me. I have tried to lead a very correct life because that's how my parents taught me and that at this point for a very common mistake I made out of ignorance "forgetting to put the source of an image so it was mine", this is plagiarism and things like that, and they silence you, it's tremendous (I hope they don't silence me for having written this).
Well I have enjoyed a lot the sweetness of Hive, even economically not but to grow much more as a person and professional, every day we learn from the people who make up each of the communities, I got a cell of this honeycomb where the freedom to express ourselves is infinite. It is a wonderful world and I am still an apprentice, mistakes will always be present because I am not perfect, I will try as much as possible to become an expert in the hive.

The dish looks and sounds yummy and as you said both bitter and sweet. I'm sorry to hear about your experiences being muted due to forgetting to source out an image. I guess that's one thing that communities take seriously. Don't don't get dismayed, we learn from our mistakes and do better.

Yes, it is very rich, but because it is made with lemon rind, the bitterness is very dominant. Unfortunately, I have been silenced and I consider that I will take it as part of a learning process in this virtual world. Greetings friend.
