Because I don't like taking the phone out if I don't have to, I write my list on paper and cross it out as I go along. (so old school, but, I started during COVID!)

I don't go hungry! It is a hazard! I clip coupons! They are a money saver! You have great tips. Also, check out the price per oz or liter... many times I have found the smaller jars or cans cheaper. They are always trying to fool you which is cheaper. We are conditioned to think the bigger is cheaper.

Great post and great ideas! I didn't see this as it was posted on a Monday and it didn't pop out until this #MarketFriday. But, I caught it!

#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.

Just so you know, I tried to change the vote and make it bigger on the post and it took it away but would not give it back as the post was too old. So I upvoted this post also. It was better $ anyway. :))
