Apparently mathematics is the queen of sciences, in college they say so about economics.

2+2=4, but when it comes to inflation everything is going somewhere, how is it that inflation in Poland is at the level of 17% and prices are 100, 200 or even 300% higher?

Today we were preparing for the new garden season, garbage fees will be 250%, various other fees have also gone up, at the moment the fee per meter of land has increased by 67%, so I politely ask where inflation at the level of 17%, prices are rising strongly and I'm not talking about luxury goods, And about the necessities that every honest working person should be able to afford.

More and more often there are various forums I see entries of people asking for food, because after paying the rent and bills they do not have much to live on. Prices are rushingforward, salaries are rising slightly, a home loan is a shot in the knee at the moment because interest rates are rising and leading people to final steps. The assessment of the situation in my country and the world does not herald a quick improvement, at the same time there are plans to reduce the number of hours (working days) so that everyone can regenerate.

The idea sounds like a great 4-day working week, but I have the impression that this privilege will be available only to the richest, and those earning more modestly will have at most time to work on the second or third job, which will result in the fact that the balance between work and private life will still remain in the sphere of dreams of the majority of society. The idea is good and as always on paper everything looks great, but the truth is that only part of the society will use the 3-day weekend, and most will provide services for the chosen ones anyway.

On the one hand, I am glad that we live in a country with access to health care, I usually use private care, but children easily get to the pediatrician in my clinic, and this is not so obvious recently, on the other hand, I see more and more problems with getting to the doctor, there are already too few of them and despite this, that they study for years, they have to work several jobs to live at some reasonable level.

Sometimes I wonder if it is normal that to be able to go on vacation, you have to earn extra money or save every penny, or rest is really a luxury good, available to a few?.

Recently in sociology classes, we talked about whether Poland is a rich country, none of thestudents indicated that we are among the highly developed countries, and yet this is how we fall in world statistics. These studies slightly change the way we look at our reality, at the same time they make us think about whether such high inflation will not contribute to the weakening of our country's position, will not take us a few steps back.

Already now, after shopping Poles, you can see a change in shopping preferences, looking for cheaper substitutes, most people, life is harder, on the other hand, I am grateful that in my city of work there are more than willing to work, I am glad that I do not have to rent an apartment and although the area on which we live leaves much to be desired, however, we have our own account, As they say, tight but own.

I am also grateful that we have peace in the country, because when I look at the situation in our neighbors, where bombs fall on apartment blocks, tanks enter cities and people die, every day on the streets, I think that we have nothing to complain about, looking from this perspective everything is somehow less important and more bearable to digest.

I wish all of us a better perspective, a positive view of the world, finding the human element in ourselves.

And as much as I like mathematics because it is so logical, oh yesle economics somehow overwhelms me, especially when it comes to the subject of inflation.

2+2=4, ale jeśli chodzi o inflację gdzieś to wszystko się rozjeżdża, jak to jest, że inflacja w Polsce jest na poziomie 17% a ceny są 100, 200 , a nawet 300% wyższe?

Robiliśmy dziś przygotowania do nowego sezonu ogrodowego, opłaty za śmieci wyniosą 250 %, różne inne opłaty też poszły w górę, na ten moment opłata za metr działki wzrosła o 67%, więc ja się grzecznie pytam skąd inflacja na poziomie 17%, ceny rosną mocno w górę i nie mówię o dobra luksusowych , a o produktach pierwszej potrzeby, na które powinien sobie móc pozwolić każdy uczciwie pracujący człowiek.

Coraz częściej ma różnych forach widzę wpisy ludzi proszących o jedzenie, bo po opłaceniu wynajmu i rachunków nie zostaje im wiele na życie. Ceny gnają do przodu, pensje podnoszą się nieznacznie, kredyt mieszkaniowy to w tej chwili strzał w kolano bo stopy procentowe rosną i doprowadzają ludzi do kroków ostatecznych. Ocena sytuacja u mnie w kraju i na świecie nie zwiastuje szybkiej poprawy, jednocześnie są plany na zmniejszenie ilości godzin ( dni pracy) tak by każdy mógł się, zregenerować.

Pomysł brzmi super 4 dniowy tydzień pracy, jednak mam wrażenie, że i tak przywilej ten będzie dostępny tylko dla najbogatszych, a ci zarabiający skromniej, będą mieć co najwyżej czas na to by pracować na drugim czy trzecim etacie, czego konsekwencją będzie to , że równowaga między pracą a życiem prywatnym, nadal pozostanie w sferze marzeń większości społeczeństwa. Pomysł jest dobry i jak zawsze na papierze wszystko wygląda super, prawda jest jednak taka, że tylko część społeczeństwa będzie korzystać z 3 dniowego weekendu, a większość i tak będzie świadczyć usługi dla wybranych.

Z jednej strony, cieszę się, że żyjemy w kraju z dostępem do służby zdrowia , ja zwykle korzystam z prywatnej, ale dzieci bez problemu dostają się do pediatry w mojej przychodni, a to nie jest takie oczywiste w ostatnim czasie, z drugiej strony widzę coraz większe problemy z dostaniemy się do lekarza, jest ich już teraz za mało i mimo tego, że kształcą się latami, muszą pracować na kilku etatach, aby żyć na jakimś sensownym poziomie.

Czasem zastanawiam się, nad tym czy to normalne , że aby móc jechać na wakacje, trzeba dorabiać albo odkładać każdy grosz, czy odpoczynek to naprawdę dobro luksusowe, dostępne dla nielicznych?.

Ostatnio na zajęciach z socjologii, rozmawialiśmy na temat tego czy Polska jest bogatym krajem, nikt ze studentów nie wskazał, że znajdujemy się w gronie krajów wysoko rozwiniętych, a jednak tak wypadamy w statystykach światowych. Te badania trochę zmieniają sposób patrzenia na naszą rzeczywistość, jednocześnie skłaniają do zastanowienia się nad tym czy tak wysoka inflacja, nie przyczyni się do osłabienia pozycji naszego kraju nie cofnie nas kilka kroków w tył.

Już teraz po zakupach Polaków widać zmianę preferencji zakupowych, szukanie tańszych zamienników, większości ludzi, żyje się ciężej, z drugiej strony jestem wdzięczna, że u mnie w mieście pracy jest więcej niż chętnych do niej, cieszę się że nie muszę wynajmować mieszkania i mimo, że metraż na którym, żyjemy pozostawia wiele do życzenia to jednak, mamy własny kont, jak to mówią ciasne ale własne.

Jestem też wdzięczna, że mamy w kraju pokój, bo gdy patrzę na sytuację u naszych sąsiadów, gdzie bomby spadają na bloki mieszkalne, czołgi wjeżdżają do miast i ludzie giną, każdego dnia na ulicach, myślę że nie mamy co narzekać, patrząc z tej perspektywy wszystko jest jakieś takie mniej ważne i bardziej znośne do przetrawienia.

Życzę nam wszystkim, lepszej perspektywy, pozytywnego spojrzenia na świat, znalezienia w sobie ludzkiego pierwiastka.

I o ile lubię matematykę bo jest jakaś tak bardzo logiczna, o tyle ekonomia jakoś mnie przerasta, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o temat inflacji.
