Un día muy ocupado, al ser emprendedores hacemos de todo. [ESP-ENG]

Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de mi día de hoy y es que la verdad fue un día bastante movido y la verdad estoy realmente cansada pero muy feliz y es que ser emprendedora no es fácil pues nos toca hacer de todo y es que para todo este pedido estoy trabajando desde el domingo en la tarde y es que este día hice todas las tortas y cupcakes para adelantar el trabajo de hornear y ya solo decorar. Hoy me levanté temprano para ir al centro de la isla ya que debía comprar algunas cosas que me hacían falta para decorar las tortas y buscar uno de los toppers personalizados que mandé a realizar para una de las tortas.

Happy night friends of Be Entrepreneur and today I want to share with you a little bit of my day today and the truth is that it was quite a busy day and the truth is that I am really tired but very happy and the thing is that being an entrepreneur is not easy because we have to do of everything and I have been working on this entire order since Sunday afternoon and this day I made all the cakes and cupcakes to advance the baking work and just decorate. Today I got up early to go to the center of the island since I had to buy some things I needed to decorate the cakes and look for one of the personalized toppers that I had made for one of the cakes.

Luego de llegar del centro de la isla me puse manos a la obra y es que debía rellenar dos de las tortas con Arequipe, luego de esto comencé a hacer merengue italiano, comencé por un pedido navideño, era una torta típica de la época navideña que aquí conocemos por torta negra, la decore con un poco de merengue italiano y sprinkles navideños. También pinte el merengue italiano Ben rojo y verde para hacer más cupcakes navideños. Amo realizar pedidos temáticos tan bellos como este.

After arriving from the center of the island I got to work and I had to fill two of the cakes with Arequipe, after this I started making Italian meringue, I started with a Christmas order, it was a typical cake from the Christmas season that Here we know it as black cake, I decorated it with a little Italian meringue and Christmas sprinkles. I also painted Ben's Italian meringue red and green to make more Christmas cupcakes. I love making beautiful themed orders like this one.

Luego realice una torta que era para el aniversario de un restaurante era bastante sencilla pero con colores fuertes. Al entregarla le aclare esto a los clientes que por estos colores el merengue podría cambiar un poco de sabor al igual que la torta roja. La verdad que fue un día muy movido y muy cansado porque al ser emprendedores hacemos de todo la verdad, por ejemplo cuando estoy haciendo merengue italiano y debo limpiar lo que uso y usar todo de nuevo, termine muy cansada pero feliz de ver todo lo que puedo hacer y que cada vez son más las personas que confían en mi. De todo corazón deseo que esta temporada navideña nos vaya bien a todos y las ventas sean cada vez más.

Then I made a cake that was for the anniversary of a restaurant, it was quite simple but with strong colors. When delivering it, I clarified this to the customers that because of these colors the meringue could change a little flavor just like the red cake. The truth is that it was a very busy and very tiring day because being entrepreneurs we do everything, for example when I am making Italian meringue and I have to clean what I use and use everything again, I ended up very tired but happy to see everything that I can do and more and more people trust me. With all my heart I hope that this Christmas season goes well for all of us and sales are increasing.
