Un día lleno de dulces🧁 [ESP-ENG]
Feliz día amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de mi día de ayer. La verdad es que tuve un día muy muy movido pues debía hacer muchos dulces para un favor a una tia. Ella trajo todos los materiales y la verdad que si era bastante cantidad lo que tenía que hacer. Mi tía también tuvo que traer el gas ya que hemos tenido problemas a la hora de que vendan el gas y a la hora de hornear se gasta bastante gas.
Comencé preparando la mezcla de merengue italiano que es mi base para hacer los suspiros. Luego está mezcla la divido en tres partes para pintar de diferentes colores, tuve que preparar dos tandas de merengue italiano ya que hice aproximadamente 400 suspiros. Para cocinar los suspiros colocamos el horno a la temperatura más baja ya que lo que hacemos es desidratar el merengue italiano. Los suspiros como no son tan grandes se cocinan por una hora vente minutos aproximadamente.
Luego de tener los suspiros listos vamos a preparar la mezcla de cupcakes pues debía hacer 100, prepare la mezcla en una olla bastante grande y fui armando los moldes solo tenía 50 moldes así que cocine todos los cupcakes en dos tandas de horneado.
Luego de tener todos los cupcakes listos tuve que preparar dos tandas más de merengue italiano para decorar todos los cupcakes, la verdad que fue bastante trabajo pero todo quedó muy bien.

Happy day friends today I want to share with you a bit of my day yesterday. The truth is that I had a very busy day because I had to make a lot of sweets for a favor to an aunt. She brought all the materials and the truth is that what she had to do was enough. My aunt also had to bring the gas since we have had problems when it comes to selling the gas and a lot of gas is spent when baking.
I started by preparing the Italian meringue mix that is my base for making the sighs. Then it is mixed, I divide it into three parts to paint in different colors, I had to prepare two batches of Italian meringue since I made approximately 400 sighs. To cook the sighs we place the oven at the lowest temperature since what we do is dehydrate the Italian meringue. The sighs, since they are not so big, cook for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
After having the sighs ready, we are going to prepare the cupcake mixture because I had to make 100, I prepared the mixture in a fairly large pot and I was assembling the molds, I only had 50 molds, so I cooked all the cupcakes in two batches of baking.
After having all the cupcakes ready I had to prepare two more batches of Italian meringue to decorate all the cupcakes, the truth is that it was a lot of work but everything turned out very well.
