Hola mis amigos cocineros reciban un cordial saludo, espero estén muy bien llenos de mucha salud todos los que laboran en esta maravillosa comunidad de @Foodiesbeehive. Hoy quiero compartir como preparar unas Ricas pechugas de pollos a la berenjena super fácil y de manera sana y nutritiva me gusta mucho alimentarme bien y cuidar lo que consumo de manera balanceada. Espero desde casa los puedan preparar ya que es muy sencillas.

Today I want to share how to prepare delicious chicken breasts with eggplant super easy and in a healthy and nutritious way. I really like to eat well and take care of what I consume in a balanced way. I hope you can prepare them from home since it is very simple.

Materiales:

  • Pechugas de pollo.
  • Sal (al gusto).
  • Berenjenas.
  • Cebolla.
  • Onoto.
  • Aceite.

Materials:

  • Chicken breasts.
  • Salt to taste).
  • Eggplants.
  • Onion.
  • Onoto.
  • Oil.


Step by Step || Pasó a paso:


1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es colocar en una sartén las pechugas bien lavadas y cortar cebolla en juliana.

1st step: The first thing we will do is place the well-washed breasts in a frying pan and cut the onion into julienne strips.

2do paso: Seguidamente agregamos un poco de sal (al gusto) y onoto. Si tienen ajo también le incorporamos colocar al fuego.

2nd step: Then add a little salt (to taste) and onoto. If they have garlic, we also add it to the fire.

3er paso: Luego cortamos las berenjenas en pequeñas rueditas no tan delgadas y las añadí junto a un chorrito de aceite, mezclamos y dejamos cocinar por 20 min a fuego medio.

3rd step: Then we cut the aubergines into small, not so thin wheels and added them along with a splash of oil, mix and let cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

4th step: Para finalizar servimos y podemos acompañar con lo que más nos guste. Buen provecho mis amigos Hivers cocineros!
