How are you friends #hive architecture + design,I'm @deltasteem who works as a furniture fitter and maybe some of you already know me as a furniture fitter and in the last few months I resigned from the cv where I worked before because and at the beginning of this year I just worked at cv furniture around the city of Banda Aceh which operates in the surrounding environment and the CV where I work now has a slightly wider page than the CV where I worked before and maybe here will get a little more experience in the field of furniture,as well as new colleagues.

And in my first publication of the year for #hive architecture+design,I want to publish a number of two-sided house door designs with a modern minimalist design and this is a house door design that has a shape that looks so luxurious.

In the last few weeks I have been working on several projects to make display doors, or better known as examples of door designs that we will show to customers who want to order a door when they come to the store.and in general, maybe the urban community prefers the design of their door with a luxurious and unique design, so we made several door designs that we got from the internet as examples of contemporary door designs.

The design and size of double-fronted doors for building construction is of course very influential on building houses with door lengths and widths that are quite diverse and according to your individual tastes that you have to match with your home design so you will get a home with display that is so luxurious.

Five pairs of two-sided door designs for house construction.

The type of wood we use to make all of these doors is meranti wood which is a good type of wood and the size of the stud frames we use for this series of doors is 11 cm wide x 3.3 cm thick and for the wide bulkhead at the bottom of the door we use wood measuring 23cm wide x 3.3cm thick and for the bulkhead above the door we use wood measuring 11cm wide x 3.3cm thick and each door has a different design which of course is followed by the manufacturing process a different and for today I want to share a tutorial on the process of making a double-faced door with a design that looks a little unique with a fairly simple manufacturing process and it's also one of the two-fronted doors on my list of display doors that I just worked on this week.

1676478041772.jpg

This modern minimalist door has a design with the characteristics of the door leaf, if you look at it at a glance, it looks like the letters (C or [ ) which of course is one of the home two-faced doors that look so attractive and now I will describe the process of making this door because maybe some of you are a little curious about the process.

In general, in our area (aceh) for the size of the door frame poles we provide wood with an average width of 11cm with a thickness of 3.3 cm to 3.5cm and for the door that you notice in the second picture from above, the series of two-faced doors has a width of 70cm x a height of 220cm.

The width of the doorpost is 11cm x 3.3cm thick and the width of the upper part of the door is 11cm and the bottom of the door is 23cm with the same thickness and the mini machine tools that we need to work on this project are as follows.

GridArt_20230216_124629846.jpg

And all the wood materials that have been tidied up, I continue to drill the pegs on the main pillars of the door's main jamb series.

GridArt_20230216_204431958.jpg

After all the basic assembly materials were collected, I proceeded to prepare the dowels for the door widescreen connection followed by carving the door leaf holder with a width of 1cm x depth of 11mm and then we continue to outline the mounting points of the partition pegs on the main pole of the door series.

I then proceeded to prepare the door leaf and for the design of the door with this design, we used a board with the same thickness as the frame size.

1676560606511.jpg

For joining the leaves we used glue and after the connection of the two woods was finished to get the width of the wood to 52cm x length 186cm I continued to make line carvings using a roter machine with an engraving bit 9mm x 1cm deep and for machine prints I use plywood.

GridArt_20230217_125106879.jpg

Around the side of the board you can see 2cm spacing and 1cm are the door peg nipples which will join the main pillar assembly during installation to the door frame.

GridArt_20230217_130214946.jpg

And the process of making design carvings on the surface of the door leaf board is of course a bit complicated with the size of the partition being 1 cm x 9mm and after the process is complete I proceed to sand the board until it is smooth using a sanding machine and also by scrubbing it manually.

1676612868317.jpg

Then after the stages of making the door leaf boards were finished, I proceeded to unite the frame with the door leaf boards together.

GridArt_20230217_131212138.jpg

And after the process of joining the door series with the door leaf board followed by pressing and locking the connection angles using pegs and after this process is complete, this is what the door design looks like.

After that I continued sanding the wood surface using a sanding machine and after the sanding process was complete, this is the result of finishing a modern minimalist double-sided door with a width of 70cm x 220cm or 140cm x 220cm

1676614903329.jpg

Then, because this is a display door that will be an example of door designs in today's modern era so that the display door design looks more luxurious, we proceed with painting using woodstain paint and compressor assistance,so we can do the painting process easily and this is what the door looks like after we finish painting it.

1676615820539.jpg

1676615809369.jpg

The design of this two-faced house door has a look that looks very impressive and the door measures 70cm or 140cm x 220cm and I think for this one door design it certainly looks so dashing doesn't it?

1676615798378 (1).jpg

1676615816115.jpg

And we also have several other door designs that have characteristics that look so luxurious.

1676635494961.jpg

1676635478103.jpg

1676635418827.jpg

1676635424042.jpg

1676635414866.jpg

Then we glued the doors with different design bands together on the wall and this is what the display door design we've been working on looks like in the last few weeks and each door has a different size and all of these doors are made of meranti wood. The beauty and luxury of a house is of course divided into several parts, including the door design.
