Sugar Addiction

Sugar has a more important place in human history now, there is always sugar in every celebration. birthdays, valentine's day, even asking girls with sweets and chocolate. because we have or they have established a connection between sugar and happiness. but throughout human evolution it has not been exposed to sugar as much as it is now. Sugar means fast energy and it was thought that there is a need for this speed in the consumer society.
