MORE MONEY LESSER QUALITY

Honestly many vendors are liars and that’s really not cool, its no news that many online vendors sell stuffs that are absolutely different from what they post on their business page, I sell Jewelries and other accessories online but I wouldn’t even dare to deliver lesser quality for more money, it actually kills trust and business reputation. Honesty is everything, if the quality isn’t up to what the person is expecting the vendor should at least let the person know on time, to avoid quarrels and insult.

Not every online vendor is bad, I have also bought things online that were up to the standard and quality that I expected, just like when I bought silicon phone pouch from an online vendor that I never knew and I loved it, the quality was everything and I was also gifted cord protector too.

I have always heard the saying of “what I ordered versus what I got” but I didn’t think it would ever happen to me but it actually did. So I was gifted some amount of money by a good friend so I thought of using the money to buy something tangible, I wanted something that if I looked at I will always remember that I was gifted the money by my friend to buy it.

So there is the hair vendor that I have been following on Instagram, I like the hairs she always posted, I also saw the feedbacks she posted from people who ordered hairs from her, so I was convinced that I could buy from her and not regret it, I chatted her up and made enquiries on the hair I wanted, she gave me the amount and waybill fee, and I paid for the hair and was eagerly waiting for my beautiful hair to arrive, I already had serious plans for that hair, I wanted to rock it to my cousin’s wedding.

Since I was waiting for the hair to arrive I decide not to braid my hair, the day I was suppose get the hair, I chatted her up but she gave an accuse and said that she wasn’t done wigging it and that she would send it out the next day, so I said I didn’t have any problem with that and that I could wait, the next day a driver called and said that my hair was ready for pick up, so I hurriedly left for the park to pick it up, I couldn’t even wait to get home, Immediately I opened it, lo and behold! what I expected wasn’t what was delivered to me, hot tears was about rolling down my cheeks, I just had to bear till I got home.

I got home and Called and told her that it wasn’t what I was expecting, and that I wanted a refund and that I was going send it back but she said she doesn’t accept a refund and she stopped picking my calls, I was so angry and mad, I had to go and braid my hair to my cousin’s wedding.
Since then I vowed never to order hair from an online vendor.
