My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #133
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
The remains of the depression passed in recent days leave some white spots in the blue of the September sky that overlooks the roofs of the buildings of the city of Naples.
In the morning I did some work at home and did the housework. After lunch I noticed this lovely little sparrow wandering around the vases of my plants.
I did not understand why he was now a frequent visitor of my balcony and today I discovered that he makes fart of parasites that infest my plants. Ah, now it has entered my heart and I will endure more patiently the racket it makes. You have no idea how it screams loudly.
In the late afternoon I break the delays and go down for my ritual jogging tour. Once at the municipal park I do 5 full laps and 1/2 of race track are in total 7.5 km that add up to about 7.5 km to go and come from the park.
More than that today I could not do, perhaps I did not commit myself enough in week to gradually increase the workload. I’ll have to take that into account in the future. Maybe that’s my limit.
But it certainly matters more to me the happiness that it gives me to keep ringing iamalivechallenge in line with each other. Today we have reached the 133 edition of my participation in the mythical challenge of the tribe of we are alive.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who come between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
