My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2022
I am gradually becoming more active day to day. We were out shopping today in the windy conditions which made the temperature feel rather colder than the actual 11 degrees. It is quite surprising how many steps can be achieved just walking around a supermarket!
It feels like a marathon! We worked up an appetite for the breakfast meal at a well known fast food outlet. 😃
I should be fit enough to go back to work in two days time and that's where I tend to complete high step counts as I'm on my feet all day! Very tiring but keeps the kettle boiling so to speak.
