My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2022
Quite a challenging day today at work on my first day of five in a row. Which of course means that I am working through the Christmas holiday.
The kitchens were busy cooking the Christmas menus for flights at London Heathrow. It's good to sample the food when it comes out of the ovens!
I'm sure passengers will be pleased with the food, thats if they can get on the plane at all in this current situation with pay disputes everywhere. We'll see!
As for my job. I am told I will be airside on Christmas day, just a one-time de-cater this time so that involves removing all catering equipment on board and taking it back to base.
That will be nice to carry out my normal job 😃

Its not nice to be working over Christmas. I hope you get some family time too. Not sure what the airports are going to be like, sounds like possible chaos. I am glad I am not travelling and staying at home for a few days.
