Often times when out and about on the hiking trail, one comes across a Footbridge. I kinda have an affection for bridges, and love crossing them. It just adds a bit of spark to any hike or any nature walk. The bigger the better! On this particular hike, there was about three different footbridges along the way. As mentioned yesterday, I decided to take the long way back or do the full circle. This portion of the hike kept me mostly in the forest, so the views were not that spectacular, except for the last portion (which was awesome). It did also take me quite a bit longer to finish than I had anticipated. Round trip took just over five hours, which for me is kind of at the extent of what I usually do. Hey I’m not nineteen anymore.

Yup, I'm a sucker for bridges too from big to small. Awesome shot's, love the falling tree too.

Wow towering trees and footbridges really go well together.

Reminds me of my trip to Johnston Canyon this last summer.
