44,000,000,000! It is 5.57 times more than the world’s population. When this amount represents cells in our body, it’s normal. When it’s referred to as rice or sugar, it’s normal. But what if I say it’s the price someone just paid to promote free speech for everyone! Would you believe me? Seriously! What if I say that person who just paid that amount is the world’s biggest Businessman! Would you believe me? What if I say that person seems crazy and arrogant to others, but he knows what he is doing, and he knows how to get success! Would you believe me? What if I say that person’s mood swing costs millions more than millions! Would you believe me? What if I say that person is Elon Musk! I know! Everyone is in the same page now.

Who doesn’t know about Elon Musk? I hope I don’t have to describe how crazily rich he is! I hope I don’t have to explain what he owns and does! I hope I don’t have to explain how enthusiastic he is about his dreams. The Richest Man on the earth now owns his favorite social media known as Twitter. He is the most followed CEO on Twitter, with over 89 million followers. This also makes him the 5th most followed person on Twitter. He is pretty active on Twitter, and he hates the fact even after promoting free speech, Twitter doesn’t provide it.

Let me tell you what just happened in simple language! Twitter, a public listed social company, will be a privately owned company. Following, there will be some critical changes to the basics of Twitter functioning. Elon Musk has two main objectives.

1. Free Speech.
2. Clean Spam accounts that troll and harasses other accounts.

What if I say there is something he is hiding! What if I say he is not just a fan of Twitter and his thoughts! What if I say a person like him pets vision! By the End of this conversation, I hope you will have all the answers.

It isn’t even the top-earning Social Media Platform. Neither has the most users. Twitter made $5 Billion FY 2021-2022, with only 217 Million daily users. This amount is immense but not compared to others.
Last year:

1. YouTube made $28 Billion.
2. Amazon made $30 Billion.
3. Facebook made $117 Billion.

So if we talk amount economics, it’s not even close to others. But there is one significant thing that makes Twitter very special. Twitter is still the way it was way before. It didn’t become a video platform. It was, is, and will be a microblogging platform as always. It is the only platform where written contents are still king. Every user here is a creator. Every important and prominent personality is active on Twitter. Even every government owns a Twitter handle. Here ordinary people can get attention from high achievers. Celebrities can know what’s happening in the life of ordinary people. Elon Musk himself is very active on Twitter. A few days ago, he bought 9.2% shares, making him the biggest stakeholder of Twitter. But he didn’t join the Board as he understood it’s not possible to promote free speech until he owns the whole company. He wanted to solve the biggest problem with Twitter. As Twitter says with confidence that it wants to promote safe, inclusive, and authentic conversation, we had to experience its bias as hate-filled narratives become more popular. For example, Twitter has permanently blocked Donald Trump. It doesn’t matter if you agree with him or not. But what is important is that his freedom of speech has been violated.

So, Elon Musk is doing the right thing.

Elon Musk can fluctuate the crypto prices with just one tweet. He can generate or destroy a vast amount of money. With one tweet, he announced that Bitcoin could buy Tesla, and that took the price of Bitcoin to its lifetime peak.

And by then, saying Bitcoin is not suitable for the world, he changed his mind again that making the Bitcoin price continuously decrease. It shattered many people’s investments.

In short, Musk is the world’s biggest financial influencer. He is such an influential person that he has to take permission from Security and Exchange Comission (SEC) before making any financial tweet because people can make any financial decision under his influence in the stock markets, which can cause a lot of Ups and Downs.

I don’t know about mine and your freedom of speech, but he definitely wants his own. We don’t know what his intentions are! Time will answer that. But there is hope as he believes in free speech. Even his tweet complies.

By “free speech”, I simply mean that which matches the law.

I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law.

If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect.

Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.
