To all my fellow hivers, I extend my warmest greetings! This is a follow-up to my previous blog about Manila, the Philippines' capital! And now I'm going to tell you more about my Luzon adventures!

I've previously shared with you about Manila's history, and now I'm about to tell you about my adventures with my siblings on our second day in Manila or the Luzon region.

DAY 2 OF THE ADVENTURE

After visiting Rizal Park or Luneta Park, Cinemalaya, Makati City, and the Mall of Asia on our first day, we went to Tagaytay and experienced MRT on our second day.

We had originally planned to visit Baguio City, but we decided to visit Tagaytay instead because it is closer to Bagiuo.

TAGAYTAY

It is only an hour or two from Manila, Philippines, and is known as the Philippines' second summer capital, Tagaytay City.

But did you know that Tagaytay, on the Philippine island of Luzon, is a renowned tourist destination south of Manila? Tagaytay is recognized for its mild climate, which is owed to its location on a hill above Taal Volcano Island, an active volcano encircled by Taal Lake. There's also a viewing area.

Because of its beautiful surroundings, Tagaytay is one of the most visited places in the south. Because of its high altitude, it has a view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The volcano and lake may now be seen from a variety of perspectives.

I It was really cold in Tagaytay. I was so taken aback by the weather that I decided to stay in Tagaytay.

The weather in here is so unpredictable, super cold in the mornings and at night, with temperatures as low as 18.8 °C, and an average daily climate mean of 22 °C, much cooler than the bustling cities of Metro Manila, so I might even recommend bringing your own jacket or shawl with you once you've added it to your bucket list.

Add Sky Ranch to your list of things to do in Tagaytay if you're searching for a fun and unforgettable experience with the kids!

So, after Tagaytay, we returned to Manila to take the MRT (Manila Metro Rail Transit), or simply train.

My funny experience

The Scripted 😂

If you are in a hurry, the MRT is the best option. This is a quick mode of transportation. Instead of spending nearly two hours in a bus, I'd rather take the MRT. The problem is that there are more commuters at peak hours. But do you know what my goal is? Since I'm from the south, I only wanted to try out the MRT. Haha.

The disadvantage

So, after visiting the places mentioned above, we returned to the hotel near MOA (Mall of Asia), where we spend the night.

That concludes day two. Day 3 will see you in my next blog. Thanks
