I couldn't help but take these pictures. I was accompanying @enmy to a medical appointment and right next door was the Marcado de Chacao in Caracas. We walked in looking for a place to have breakfast and were amazed with the colorful, colorful shelves of vegetables and fruits.

The organization was impressive. You could feel the care that the merchants put into displaying their products. I never imagined this order and combination of colors. Besides, you can find unconventional fruits. Some of them curious and not so popular. It is what living in the tropics gives us.

I had already photographed vegetables in a supermarket but you can see that they do not compare. On that occasion I had to take the photos very close, because I couldn't see anything interesting beyond the textures. This time, however, there were too many shots to take and in fact, this series will have a second part, as liketu won't allow me to post more than 10 photos.

Breakfast had to wait. Hunger made silence because we concentrated on taking the best pictures. The temptation was too great and I couldn't resist. I was pleasantly surprised and the colorfulness called me to photograph it.

No pude evitar el tomar estas fotografías. Estaba acompañando a @enmy a una cita médica y justo al lado estaba el Marcado de Chacao en Caracas. Entramos buscando un lugar para desayunar y nos sorprendimos con el colorido, que vimos en los estantes de los locales de ventas de verduras y frutas.

La organización era impresionante. Se siente el esmero que los comerciantes le ponen para exhibir sus productos. Nunca me imaginé este orden y combinación de colores. A demás que se consiguen frutos no convencionales. Algunos curiosos y que no son tan populares. Es lo que nos regala el vivir en el trópico.

Ya había fotografiado verduras en un supermercado pero pueden ver que no se comparan. En aquella oportunidad tuve que tomar las fotos muy cerca, porque no veía nada interesante, más allá de las texturas. Sin embargo en esta ocasión, había demasiadas tomas que hacer y de hecho, esta serie tendrá segunda parte, ya que liketu no me permite publicar más de 10 fotos.

El desayuno tuvo que esperar. El hambre hizo silencio porque nos concentramos en tomar las mejores fotos. La tentación era muy grande y no pude resistirme. Me quedé gratamente sorprendido ya además el colorido me llamó a que lo fotografiara.
