A Short Glimpse of Travel at Laguindingan Airport in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental

This was my first time to went at Airport and I am very thankful for my Cousin for inviting me to go with her at the airport for a blogging activities. I always wanted to be at the place to see big airplanes in actual and to see how beautiful the place is, and my wish was really granted. Before that, my Cousin chatted me last day for inviting and go with her at the airport and I was delighted and invited her invitations. The exact time we will be there is 5 in the morning and it needs to travel a few hours before reaching the place, that is why waking up early is a must so we can reach the place on time. It was 3 in the morning when I started to prepared the things I want to brought just like my small bag, cellphone, a bottle of water and a jacket since this kind of time is very cold.

After preparing the things I want to brought, I decides to wait for my cousin to arrive, they will pick me up on the vehicle they ride and I kept waiting for almost an hour. After that, they already arrived and picked me up and we started to travel going to Laguindingan Airport. After we arrived there, we stopped at the coffee shop to buy hot coffee and take a minute rest there before we proceed to the airport.

This is the main entrance going to the airport and it contains curvy road where lots of vehicles passing by. Even if it was still early in the morning, there are already lots of vehicles passing by. A great landscapes at the middle of the road where a statue of an airplane built indicates that this is the place where airport located. The left side road leads to the airport and the only vehicle passing by here are came from the airport.

From the main road, it needs to travel a few Kilometers away going to the airport passing by in this curvy and sloppy concrete road. At the middle contains this hundreds of solar lights so it will light up the place every morning without consuming to much electricity. There is also lots of cable wires supports few electric lights particularly near at the main road. A long landscapes where lots of ornamental plants placed and the grass is properly mowered.

This is the main entrance going to the airport and it contains this big guard house structure. It is secured by many security personels and a tool gate built. Vehicles will slowly pass by here as followed by the rules of the airport. It is equipped with Cameras and Rocky cliffs both side of the roads.

This is the main lansdcapes of the Airport where bermuda grass and few ornamental plants place. This is near at the courier facility and the road is constructed with concrete and asphalt. Each side of the place also contains lots of solar lights and some personels who assisted to all passengers and vehicle drivers.

This is the waiting area near at the airport where passengers and for those who waits for their loveone to arrive waits.The structures are supported with this big and long metals and solid concrete benches and bricks pathways. It is properly built so everyone will be safe while seating at the bench. It faces to the Departure areas at the airport and a small pathways near on the place.

People who came by from the airport will pass by here and this is the main way where can pass. The road is marked by this white big lines indicates that this is a pedestrian lane, and vehicles must slowly move here. It leads to the Departure areas and some offices located at the airport. Metal barriers also installed at the place so everyone will be safe from runnig vehicles especially the children.

There are lots of parking space here where hundreds of vehicles were parked. Each lane contains five to ten vehicles to parked and aside of that there is also a parking lot for motorcycles and trucks. Each parking lots have solar lights and a great landscapes. Marking at the road also drawn so drivers can followed the right directions and avoid of getting lost while driving.

There are almost 50 big airplane passengers landed in here and every minute there are lots of plane landed in this airport. The entire place was built with metal fence so everyone can be safe from planes and strictly prohibited those unathorized personels. A long antenna that served as radar also installed and a red ligts that served as a marking of the airplane's runway.

This is the command center of the airport where personels always monitored the planes to arrived. They also monitored airplane tracts and it is compost with long solid concrete with lots of towers at the top. This Airport is very amazed and one of the most popular place here in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. A Gate way to reach Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines.
