Into the Wild || Unsatisfied natural taste Part-2 || Ali's Mysterious Tunnel.
It didn't feel good to be at home for long time. Didn't go on tour for a long. Then I thought I would go to the mountains again. The mountains are my favorite. Nature can be seen very closely. Can be blended into nature. If you look at the posts on my blog, you will see that I have several posts about mountains. Anyway, such thoughts work. The purpose was Marayantang hill. Later I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. So I saw Ali's Cave there. So let's start planning. Ali's tunnel is the first in the plan. That's how I proceeded.
Breathtaking Cave Expedition

(There is no language for this feeling)
The name of the hill about three kilometers east-south of Alikadam Upazila Sadar is 'Ali's Hill'. The location of 4 mysterious tunnels in this Ali hill. There are various fairy tales and ghost stories about these tunnels. At the same time there is a true story. To the locals it is best known as 'Ali's tunnel' or 'Ali's suram' (suram means Cave).
You have to cross the canal, go to the top of the hill, through the inaccessible waterway between the two hills to reach Ali's tunnel. There are natural beauties scattered in this way of friends.
Ali's hill is only after crossing the Tain canal of clear water through Manchaprupara of Alikadam.

Then sometimes go up, sometimes go down. If you cross the Jhiri with a bamboo bridge in the middle, the way to the tunnel.

Mountains on both sides. The body of the mountain is like the artist's work of art, the cold water is dripping.

The whole environment is wrapped in green. Sometimes the sun shines through the gaps between the mountains and the trees.

The entrance to Ali's tunnel is in the middle of one of the two high hills facing each other.
An iron staircase has been set up from the bottom to the entrance.

Breaking down the stairs and putting your foot in the mouth of the tunnel will make you think that you have conquered Everest.
There are basically three caves here, it will take about 2 hours to see all the caves. You have to go to the cave Gule along the Jhiri path. Located above the cave mouth from Jhiri. The first cave has a staircase. In the rest of Gula, you have to climb some hills. Inside the cave is complete darkness. You have to carry a torch light or torch to get inside.

(We and some strangers)
Some parts of the cave are quite narrow, you have to crawl. Inside the cool wooded environment. Upon entering, you will be introduced to an unknown world.

Inside the tunnel, it is pitch dark, so you have to enter with a touch light or a torch. A swarm of bats will fly away and increase the fear. However, they do not harm anyone. The path was slippery in the shallow water frozen under the tunnel.

If you like adventure then go to the second cave in front of this cave. It will take about 20 minutes to go from the bottom of the first cave to the bottom of the second cave.

If you wish, you can go up to the cave without rope from below. However, you can use the rope for safety reasons. So you can take a rope like 40 feet when you go. If you wish to see the second cave, you can enter this cave by looking at the first cave. This path is relatively easy.
Leaving all the fatigue of life in the midst of nature

If you want to go to Ali's cave, you must first come to Alikadam in Bandarban district.
From Dhaka you have to first get off at Chakaria Bus Terminal on Chittagong-Cox's Bazar Road. Non AC bus fare from Dhaka will be 750 rupees. Or you can go to Chittagong by train and take a bus from Chittagong. The bus fare from Chittagong to Chakaria is 160 rupees per person. Matamuhuri Transport Service buses leave Chakraya Bus Terminal daily from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm for Alikadam.

Google Map Location
You can come to Alikadam via Chakaria Upazila of Cox's Bazar or from Bandarban town via Thanchi-Alikadam Road. However, being chakraya is the most convenient and time-saving.
From Alikadam first you have to go to Manchupru Para. This 3 km road can be reached on foot or by easybike. The Twain Canal runs along this side. After crossing the Twain Canal, you have to walk for some time on the hill and Jhiri path to reach Ali's tunnel. It will take about 20-30 minutes to reach the first Ali cave from Manchupru Para. If you want to see all the caves, it will take about 3 hours to come and go from Alikadam.
Where to eat?
There are several local food hotels in Panikbazar of Alikadam, there are also several food hotels in Alikadam. Even if you are not very ahamari, you will get fairly quality food. You will get rice, chicken, meat and fish. It will cost 100-150 rupees to eat.
Where will you stay?
If you wish, you can take a night bus from Dhaka and get off at Chakraya. You can see it from Chittagong in one day. Even if you have to stay. There is no better way to stay in Alikadam. The district council has a post bungalow located a short distance from the bus stand at Pan Bazar and a privately owned boarding house located at Alikadam Bazar. The quality of boarding is not so good. The post bungalow has a total of 10 rooms. Rent - 5 downstairs for 500 rupees each. 5 on the second floor for 1000 rupees each. Room rent for two beds at Zia Boarding - 450 rupees.

😍Beautiful place, thanks for sharing 😊.
Welcome and thank you too😇
The light in that cave is magical! You are right it is hard to describe the feeling. Although the muddy ground is not appealing 🤭
That’s why I love those deepest forests. This path was too hard because of algae deposited stones.
