It's a fun Sunday at home with my nieces and nephew, boiled bananas, and adorable ducklings.

My niece's and nephews returned to see us. They can come here and go home whenever they want because it's not raining anymore and they have no class. My son is delighted to see them at home, so I'm glad they came as well.

My seven nephews and two of their neighbours' children to visit us here, and they can't stop talking about everything, including me and my husband because I ask about their lives as well. When they get bored, they played volleyball with my brother. They didn't have a big ball, so my sons ball was used as a volleyball. Haha 😆

While they were playing, my husband was repairing out extension cord after it broke, using only a fork because he didn't have any tools to open the outlet. Thanks God, he fixed it, so we didn't have to buy a new one.

My nephew was looking for bananas in our mini forest and asked if he could cut them. I agreed and they boiled them outside the house. They also looked for wood, as there was plenty of it scattered around.

He really made an effort to find bananas and wood so they could eat after playing.

The wind was so strong outside that they covered it with broken things from the thresher. The pot we had was small, so they had to boil the bananas twice. Haha

My sister-in-law also came here, at home, because she and her son brought the newly hatched ducklings, which were ours. However, when we arrived from Manila, they were laying eggs, so we were unable to bring them home. So we waited for the ducklings to hatch before bringing them home.

Look at how adorable they are. My son is ecstatic to see them and wants to hold them. I only let him hold them for a moment because he could harm the ducks.

My husband first placed them here in a small pond because there was no cage yet.

and my nieces can now enjoy the cooked cardava banana stew. Because our pot is small, they cooked their food twice and added sugar to make it taste better.

I enjoy having them here even when they are messy or noisy because our house and surroundings are filled with their conversations, teasing, and shouting, especially when they are playing.

That's all for today, I hope you liked my blog today, see you on my next blog again. Peace and love 🫶🏻
