Well I'm famous now

No, not really. But a lot more people in the world know who Bo is. And I guess they know his sidekick, too. The Crow Lady. Me.

Geobeats Animals did an interview with me last week to make a video. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. It moved me, and I'm the one who said all the stuff. I've gotten a few more followers on YouTube, bringing me that much closer to my dream of being a full-time Crow Dork. Or hopefully at least being able to retire on YouTube monetizations and selling NFTs of my photos, which I really should get going on now that I'm famous but not.

Anyhow, here's the video! I love it. I hope you'll take the time to watch it. It's absolutely not boring, unless you hate nature and animals and hippie yogi spiritual pagan chicks with girlish voices who can go on about crows for hours.

And here is one of Bo and Lorena's babies from last year. Rest in peace, little one. May your spirit live on in this year's fledglings.

That's a wonderful video ! I'm glad to support you since the begining of you visiting the community 😃 Seeing the collusion between you and the crows makes me always happy and it is inspiring to me, I watch at birds differently since you are contributing so wonderfully with your photos, videos and sharing your experiences...❤️ @corvidae 😘

Thank you!! You and @luigi-the-gnome's support means so much to me! As does the support of everyone else here who has encouraged me and kept me from feeling self-conscious about my less-than-usual behavior. I'm so happy to have influenced you to see crows in a new light! They really are fascinating and fun.

!CROW 😉 (I don't have enough beer or pizza yet)

I fucking cried my eyes out watching this, it's awesome. I totally get how you feel about them. I raised a Redwing Starling from a hatchling and she lived with my partner and I but was free to go as she pleased. She would spend most of her day out and about and one day she decided she was a wild bird.

My partner fell into such a bad depression about it but he didn't understand it the way you & I do. If they can be wild and free, that is the best life for them and if we can share their companionship for a while during the process, them we can feel really honoured.

She came back to show me her babies just so happened to be Mother's Day and that made me feel so good, that I had raised her well and she was now a wild bird set out to make her own way in life.

Thank you for being an ambassador to these misunderstood creatures, they need it.

Shame Cornelia's distress broke my heart as I'm sure it did yours. Bird hugs to you 💖

Starlings are so crazy smart and clever! I can only imagine how heartbreaking it would be to get to know one and then have to let them go. But she brought her babies to see you!! So amazing. "See, I'm ok, and can you please help me feed all these kids because omg parenting is hard work!"

Thank you for crying!! That's a weird thing to say but I think you know what I mean.

Congratulations! That's beautiful storytelling right there. Your interactions with the crows put me smile throughout the video. Do they make the replies like that or was it you? haha
"I want crow to be wild" too.

Oh yes! Bo and Biggie are both big "talkers." I don't know how much is imitation and how much is actual crow quiet language that they use with families, but regardless it's an honor and a lot of fun to "converse" with them. I talk to them in other ways, too, sometimes silently, energetically, etc. They are so observant and absorbent.
