Fengyuan is a bustling city located in central Taiwan with a rich historical and cultural background. The food culture in Fengyuan is also very diverse, and the most famous of all is the Fengyuan Temple East Night Market, which is one of the largest night markets in Taiwan. It offers a wide variety of delicious foods, snacks, and handmade crafts, and is very popular among both tourists and locals.

The night market is sometimes called "Miaodong Snack Street", "Miaodong Night Market", or "Miaodong Business District", and has a good reputation online. Many well-known old shops are located here. The night market is located next to the Tzu Chi Temple in Fengyuan District, Taichung City, and covers the area of Zhongzheng Road, Bo'ai Street, Fuxing Road, and Xinyi Street. The development history of the night market is quite long, and it is a gathering spot for many students. The nearby Fuxing Road Business District also includes Sanmin Road, Fuxing Road, and Pinghe Street, which roughly surround the Fengyuan Mazu Temple, and is a popular shopping area for local residents.

There are also many small booths and vendors selling various goods such as handicrafts, clothes, shoes, accessories, and more in the surrounding area. The designs of these goods are very unique, and the prices are also very affordable, attracting many young people to come and shop. In conclusion, Fengyuan Temple East Night Market is a vibrant and charming night market that attracts many visitors to taste the food, play games, shop, and experience the local culture and atmosphere.

Maybe because summer has arrived, today I suddenly thought of trying the local famous old shops' delicacies at the Fengyuan Temple East Night Market. I had two different famous meatball shops, but I was already full after that. In addition, today's weather was really hot, and the pineapple ice really saved me and helped me regain my energy. I actually really wanted to eat oyster omelets, but I was just too full. I will have to come back to this night market next time to try other delicious foods.

PS: Miaodong meas "East of the temple" in Chinese because the night market is located at east side of the Tzu Chi Temple.
