En esta ocasión quiero compartirles el ultimo dibujo que realicé, de un nuevo personaje original. Decidí llamarlo Sam, y la verdad que disfruté mucho mientras lo ilustraba.
Desde el principio, mi intención fue siempre que Sam transmitiera una vibra casual y relajada, y que se tratase de un personaje cero preocupado o malhumorado. Es por ello que me enfoque mucho en su mirada, ya que queria que sus ojos reflejaran dicha serenidad.
En mi mente, me gusta pensar que es un estudiante de 22 años, que espera por graduarse en Filosofia el año que entra.
Disfrute mucho realizando este dibujo, y espero les guste tanto como a mi. Un gran abrazo y tomen mucha agua!
This time I want to share with you the last drawing I made, of a new original character. I decided to call him Sam, and the truth is that I enjoyed a lot while I was illustrating him.
From the beginning, my intention was always that Sam would transmit a casual and relaxed vibe, and that he would be a character with no worries or grumpiness. That's why I focused a lot on his gaze, as I wanted his eyes to reflect that serenity.
In my mind, I like to think of him as a 22 year old student, waiting to graduate in Philosophy next year.
I really enjoyed making this drawing, and I hope you like it as much as I do. Big hugs and drink lots of water!
Step by Step:
First, I started by drawing a quick sketch of Sam, to continue defining his pose, expression and Line Art.
Then, I started to prepare the coloring of our protagonist. I wanted a palette of pastel colors, very sweet and pleasing to the eye, as I considered those were the vibes that my protagonist should transmit.
And finally, I decided to add some blush to Sam's nose and cheeks, finishing the overall illustration by placing my signature on the side of the canvas.
