Hola amigos de #hive y #womentribe, me complace estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. Deseo que se encuentren bien y hayan iniciado esta nueva semana. Con la mejor aptitud y ganas de continuar emprendiendo un largo camino lleno de éxitos.

Hoy deseo unirme a la iniciativa de la bella @nathyortiz "El Lenguaje Saludable", este tema desde mi punto de vista se refiere a las expresiones que damos en ciertas situaciones de nuestra vida cotidiana, además de como asumimos y nos relacionamos con las demás personas siendo comprensivos, tolerantes, reales y empáticos.

Today I want to join the initiative of the beautiful @nathyortiz "El Lenguaje Saludable ", this topic from my point of view refers to the expressions we give in certain situations of our daily life, in addition to how we assume and relate to other people being understanding, tolerant, real and empathetic.

Para darle mayor sentido a mi post daré respuesta a las interrogantes realizadas por la amiga @nathyortiz en su iniciativa para la columna de #womentribe, las cuales son las siguientes:

To give more sense to my post I will answer the questions made by friend @nathyortiz in her initiative for the #womentribe column, which are the following:

1. Como haces para manejar un lenguaje saludable adecuado?

Debo decirles que he comprendido que el lenguaje saludable nos permite mantener una comunicación estable y sana, es por ello que al poner en práctica el respeto, la tolerancia y honestidad nos genera un ámbito laboral o personal lleno de armonía, unión y amor. Tengo siempre presente que nuestra forma de hablar y expresar nuestros pensamientos deben ser claros y precisos, sin menospreciar el trabajo o forma de pensar de las demás personas, busco la forma adecuada de hacer ver y entender mi punto de vista acerca de cualquier tema o conversación establecida. Considero necesario utilizar un tono de voz adecuado que vayan en concordancia con expresiones o acciones correctas las cuales me permitirán lograr un diálogo o conversación de forma sana, fluida y con resultados positivos, en la cual se pueda evidenciar el respeto, tolerancia y comprensión creando así un vínculo constructivo que genere estabilidad mental, emocional y comunicacional.

1. How do you manage an adequate healthy language?

I must tell you that I have understood that healthy language allows us to maintain a stable and healthy communication, that is why when we put into practice respect, tolerance and honesty it generates a work or personal environment full of harmony, union and love. I always keep in mind that our way of speaking and expressing our thoughts must be clear and precise, without belittling the work or way of thinking of other people, I look for the right way to make my point of view about any topic or conversation established. I consider necessary to use an appropriate tone of voice that go in accordance with expressions or correct actions which will allow me to achieve a dialogue or conversation in a healthy, fluid and with positive results, in which respect, tolerance and understanding can be evidenced, thus creating a constructive link that generates mental, emotional and communicational stability.

2. Que es lo más importante para ti, a la hora de comunicarte?

Pienso que la comunicación es la base de toda relación tanto laboral como personal, ya que sin ella no se llegaría a ningún lado. La comunicación es dialogar, expresarnos y conocer las necesidades, aspiraciones y etapas para avanzar hacia un horizonte seguro. En lo particular al momento de establecer una comunicación ya sea en el ámbito laboral o personal tomo en cuenta la forma en cómo decir y expresar mi punto de vista acerca del tema o situación tratada, considerando las posibilidades de que los demás no estén de acuerdo conmigo, pero allí es donde se evidencia la verdadera comunicación, ya que esta se trata de aceptar las ideas y opiniones de los demás sin reprimir ni causar algún daño emocional, al contrario aceptando que cada uno de nosotros tiene una forma distinta de pensar y actuar.

Debemos establecer una comunicación abierta donde nuestras emociones y deseos se hagan presentes de forma adecuada, sin dejar a un lado el respeto, honestidad y empatía al interactuar con otras personas en cualquier ámbito de nuestras vidas, recordemos que todos tenemos derecho a expresarnos libremente.

2. What is the most important thing for you when communicating?

I think that communication is the basis of all relationships, both work and personal, because without it we would not get anywhere. Communication is to dialogue, to express ourselves and to know the needs, aspirations and stages to advance towards a secure horizon. In particular, when establishing a communication either in the work or personal environment, I take into account the way in which I say and express my point of view about the topic or situation, considering the possibilities that others may not agree with me, but that is where true communication is evident, since this is about accepting the ideas and opinions of others without repressing or causing any emotional damage, on the contrary, accepting that each of us has a different way of thinking and acting.

We must establish an open communication where our emotions and desires are made present in an appropriate way, without leaving aside respect, honesty and empathy when interacting with other people in any area of our lives, remembering that we all have the right to express ourselves freely.
