NUTRITIOUS AND HEALTHY BLACK BEAN LOTUS ROOT SOUP | 家常蔬食~黑豆莲藕汤~

今天就和大家分享这道健康又营养的家常素汤,黑豆莲藕汤。

Hello everybody, How are you recently? Hope you stay safe and healthy wherever you are.
Lotus root and black bean are healthy food which has high nutrition and very good for health.
Black beans regularly can soften blood vessels, moisturize the skin, and anti-aging, preventing high blood pressure, heart and liver diseases. Lotus roots soup can clear way the heat, eliminate phlegm, and nourish blood and skin. Both boiling together has effects of black hair, nourishing kidney and strengthening muscles, and anti-aging.
Today let me share with you guys this healthy and nutritious home-cooked vegetarian soup, BLACK BEAN LOTUS ROOT SOUP.

The ingredients for BLACK BEAN LOTUS ROOT SOUP include lotus roots, black bean, groundnuts, and coriander. The condiments are mushroom powder, five-spice powder, salt and pepper. First, rinse bean black, lotus roots, corianders and groundnuts. Then cut the lotus roots into slides.

黑豆莲藕汤材料有: 莲藕,黑豆,花生,和芫荽。调味品有: 香菇粉,五香粉,盐和胡椒粉。首先,清洗一下莲藕,黑豆,花生,和芫荽。然后把莲藕切成小片。

Then using the slow cooker to boil the soup. Pour in 1.8L water and switch on the slow cooker power. Then put in black beans, lotus roots slides and groundnuts for boiling three hours.

然后用慢炖锅开始煲汤。倒入1.8公升的水,开慢炖锅电源,然后放入切好的莲藕,黑豆和花生煲三小时。

After 3 hours, add a little of shitake mushroom powder, five-spice powder, salt and pepper, and finally add a little corianders to enhance the taste. Then continue boiling for half an hour and it is ready to be served.

3小时后,放入少许香菇粉,五香粉,盐和胡椒粉,最后加一点芫荽进去调味。再煲半个小时,就可以上桌了。

I never try lotus root but curious about the taste. I've seen lotus root in the online shop 😀
