Insel Afternoon: Currywurst at the Little Kiosk!đźŚ
Hi everyone in this lovely community! I hope you’re all doing well! Today, I’d like to share with you our little and quick fun adventure at the Insel!
Our friend Christian had tried the Currywurst here before and told us about it. So this time, my husband and I decided that we should try it too!
We were curious to see what all the fuss was about and, of course, we were always ready to try something delicious!
The little kiosk, shaped like a mushroom, immediately caught our attention! It looks so cute and interesting, and it really stands out in one corner of the Insel. It definitely adds a little charm to the place!
We parked our bicycles just in front of the kiosk, underneath the shade of a tree. Then we went to order our food and looked for a nice place to sit.
At that time, there were already a few people dining and enjoying their food, but it was still nice and quiet enough for us to find a good spot and relax.
So, as usual, the drinks came first! While we were sitting and waiting for our food, we enjoyed our beers and simply relaxed.
This time, my husband and Christian decided to try another kind of beer, while I ordered an alcohol-free Weizen.
We sat back, sipped our drinks, and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the Insel while waiting for our Currywurst to arrive.
After a few minutes, the little electronic number started beeping, which meant our food was ready! So they went to pick up our order and brought everything back to the table.
And as soon as the food was placed in front of us, the smell was already so good! The Currywurst looked absolutely delicious too. Just looking at it made us even more excited to finally taste it!
Everything looked so appetizing, and we couldn’t wait to dig in.
As they started eating, of course, I couldn’t resist! I started grabbing a few fries from my husband’s plate and then tried a little piece of the sausage too.
And oh my goodness, it was so delicious! The sausage was really tasty, and the fries were so good too. I think I ended up having more than just a “little taste”!
Before we knew it, they had finished everything on their plates! There was nothing left. We then continued sipping our beers and enjoying the rest of our relaxing time at the Insel.
It was definitely a fun little adventure at the Insel! We were all full and satisfied after enjoying the Currywurst, fries, and our drinks.
We had such a great time together, enjoying the food, the drinks, the beautiful surroundings, and of course, the good company.
Sometimes, it’s the simple and spontaneous little trips like this that make the best memories.
