Hourly Prize Distribution Announcement in the HIVE/CENT Pool

Hello dear Cent investors! As we mentioned before, work on the development of the CENT Token project continues.

As you know, liquidity pools in Hive Engine give rewards every 24 hours. Additionally, you must wait +24 hours after providing liquidity to receive the first reward. When you add new liquidity, you forgo your potential rewards for the next 24 hours. This method is suitable for long-term investors. And it prevents pools from being manipulated. So what is the solution for short-term investors?

  • You have some Hive-Engine tokens that you want to invest. But you want to add it to the liquidity pool for a few hours.
  • You are a person who often changes your mind. You want to provide liquidity whenever you want, and you want to withdraw the liquidity you provide whenever you want.
  • You use your earnings to provide liquidity continuously throughout the day.

If you have one or more of the above options; We have a solution just for you; We distribute a portion of the rewards hourly in the Hive/Cent liquidity pool. Moreover, you can add/remove liquidity whenever you want. A primitive version was previously created for liquidity provider rewards. Hourly rewards for liquidity providers are distributed through this release.

  • Rewards are distributed hourly.
  • 100 Cents are distributed in each round.
  • Up to 20 different liquidity providers can win prizes in each round.

Note:

  • Rewards continue to be distributed to liquidity providers in the Hive/Cent pool. There are no changes to the current version 1 distribution. So the daily reward distribution is still ongoing. Moreover, hourly reward distribution is not included in the APR rate of daily LP rewards.
  • Changes may be made to the reward distribution in the future.
  1. Depending on investors' demands, the reward distribution can be changed to 'every two hours or every six hours'.
  2. The number of tokens used in prize distribution can be changed. This change is made in accordance with Cent's price balance policy.

Thanks for your comment. In version 1 you can check the APR rates in Beeswap. However, you need to calculate how much APY or APR this distribution will make per hour. Rates change if new liquidity is added or removed. Rates vary based on the number of liquidity providers in the pool. It depends on how much liquidity in the pool you provide. The only data we can offer about how much the APR rate in the pool will be; 40 Tokens will be distributed hourly to 20 different liquidity providers. In other words, even if the number of liquidity providers is less than 20 people, the prizes are divided into 20 equal parts. If you have provided less liquidity than the first 20 people, you may even be unable to receive rewards in some rounds. You can try and see all of these.

Currently #cent and its pairs are giving the best APR. These pairs are very strategically selected with Leo and POB holders in mind. Hourly returns would be another interesting feature

Currently, the pools with the most liquidity are POB and LEO pools. I hope this new feature will be useful. Thank you for giving your opinion.

That is really great. I am well placed in hbd:bee pair. The APR keeps changing. Just had one suggestion to the team of cent. Why dont you start cine:cent pair. A lot of cine holders can pledge money in this pool as well. I am open to discuss on discord as well

Thanks for your suggestions. I'm planning to create a community owned Discord server soon. We can share your suggestions here or on Discord. Cine, Sports, Vibes, Oneup etc. Of course there is a plan to create cent pools. However, there are some obstacles. The formation of diesel pools negatively affects the transaction volume in the Cent market. We have not yet reached the liquidity to make healthy transactions in existing pools. Also, pool creation fees are quite expensive. It takes time to meet these fees. A new post has been made about the fees. I recommend reading:

I just read this article an it seems 5000 Bees is quite a big cost. I can understand it would be tough decision. If you ever plan such liquidity pool do give me a buzz.
