Greetings to everyone in the Lifestyle community. Today I’m joining in here to share a TBT Thursday with you all. Even though Thursday has already passed, I didn’t have a chance to post earlier. This time, I’m sharing some new photos to remember my beautiful mother and my uncle, from moments in the past when they experienced different situations that I’d like to recount.
The first photo shows my mother at UC (University of Carabobo), specifically in the campus parking lot where my school and others were located. I remember that around that time (2019), my sister had a very cute little white car that she’d worked hard to get and that she’d leave at home from time to time so we could run our errands. I remember that several times I was able to get to or from the university in that little car. It made me very happy because we’d never had a car at home before. So every trip felt like something special. I’ve never taken anything for granted. So I remember taking this photo of my mom, who had come to pick me up with my stepdad. Look at the look of happiness on her face. I had other photos where we’re all together, but I lost all my memories on an old hard drive.
Nunca he dado nada por sentado.

The following photo is of my mom when she came to visit my room before I went to sleep. My mom was wearing a robe that was one of everyone’s favorites in the closet because it was so soft and comfortable. My grandmother Hilda gave that robe to my sister, who left it at home. Once again, one of her things (hahaha). My mom looks really pretty in that photo. She looks like she did when she was about 30 years old—a young woman.
Now, to wrap things up, here are these photos of my Uncle Miguel and my mom. That time, my uncle went to visit my mom as usual, and they took some photos together next to a life-size Baby Jesus figurine that she’d acquired many, many years ago. That Baby Jesus figurine was sacred to my mom, and she took great care of it. Unfortunately, one day the family dog knocked it off the table, and it got pretty damaged. My uncle took it home, and since he’s skilled at fixing all sorts of things (he’s an engineer), he set to work repairing the figure and repainting it. Mom was delighted with the result, and as a thank-you, she gave it to him; he now keeps it in the entryway of his house. He takes great care of it. These are my memories—thank you so much for stopping by.
