I love small business initiatives. I love that in this difficult different world, people have the balls to just try. I think that’s great and I think it’s nesseccary to support those entrepreneurs. I hope my kids will be innovative aswell. My E the world needs more of these initiatives. I also love the fact people try to earn a decent living with ideas that came from their harts.
So when my mum told me she saw a flyer at the store with the new food truck pizza and sandwiches that would be close by on Thursday , I decided to try it out with the boys. The food truck would be there from 17.00-20.00 hour so perfect for evening dinner.
The young man was very nice and explained what his plan was, how long it took him to get the truck working as a new food truck and that he has more places where he serves.
We talked some more till the boys decided what pizza they wanted.
The permit is given by the council and is a trial and will be reviewed after 6 weeks. I don’t know al the ins and outs but it’s good that the council tries to help the nee entrepreneurs. There were 5 people when we ordered, and we were there at 17.10 hours.
The pizza assortment was enough and there was room for special requests. Prices are teh same as in a sitting restaurant. Quick
Service and fresh from the oven, in a box to take with you and eat at home.
The truck and infront of the truck the smell was amazing.
I again love the fact young people are prepared to try new things. Hell I would like to do something like that aswell.
For now I salute the idea and love the pizzas on the table.
We look forward to the next time he will be in town.
Also before I forget , the seller had some true Italian drink. Small bottles with special non alcoholic drinks. We bought three and they were very tasteful.
So all in all a great idea and quick dinner.
I took all the pictures myself during the wait for the fresh made pizzas.

seeing the pizza I became hungry. looks very delicious
Hope so the truck food service will become famous and he will make good money out of it. It's unique idea and we all should support such unique ideas of people in this way many people will come up.

We don't have such trucks in here but people use wheel carts to open such small businesses.
