Great look bro,you are really looking,excersise is very good for the body,I love to look muscular though but I have never for once visit the gym all I do at home everyday is that I make sure I hit 200-300 push ups everyday and that what I have been doing for that past two years to keep fit and again my not too big look is not really motivating to go to the gym cos I feel I will loose more weight which is something I am afraid of although i don't miss my regular push up.seeing how you are looking is doing me like I should hit the gym instantly.nice bro!keep it up.

I'd rather feel muscular than look it if I had to choose one or the other. 200-300 push-ups are a fantastic routine. That alone will provide you with a lot of growth, especially if done consistently. I was underweight most of my life, so I understand not wanting to lose even more weight. I have started eating a lot more and am now at a comfortable weight.
