Cenando en el jardín del restaurante ''Los Ángeles'' 🍷🌙 [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren súper bien y que su fin de semana sea bastante productivo. Por mi parte, me encuentro muy bien, cansada pero contenta porque ya iniciaron las vacaciones. Hoy el día fue un poco pesado en la Universidad ya que al ser el último día teníamos que hacer un taller bastante extenso sobre mariscos cosa que me emocionó ya que aprendí nuevas técnicas y recetas pero terminé bastante cansada. Como algunos ya saben, mi suegra llegó de visita a la ciudad así que tenemos que aprovechar su estadía al máximo, por lo que saliendo de la U fuimos a cenar a un restaurante que nos gusta mucho y se llama Los Ángeles, aunque ya les había contado en otro post sobre este restaurante y mi experiencia en él, pues la verdad no había tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo en la noche y admirar sus hermosas luces, hasta el día de hoy.

Desde que llegas al restaurante lo primero que puedes observar son la gran decoración que tiene en su entrada, luces, flores y un gran letrero que dice ''Restaurante Los Ángeles'' Al ingresar al lugar te encuentras con mucha más decoración de flores colgando del techo, luces y letreros con frases en neón.

Today was a bit heavy at the University since it was the last day we had to do a very extensive workshop on seafood, which I was very excited about since I learned new techniques and recipes, but I ended up pretty tired. As some of you already know, my mother-in-law came to visit the city so we have to make the most of her stay, so leaving the U we went to dinner at a restaurant that we like a lot and is called Los Angeles, although I had already told you in another post about this restaurant and my experience in it, the truth is that I had not had the opportunity to visit it at night and admire its beautiful lights, until today.

From the moment you arrive at the restaurant the first thing you notice is the great decoration at the entrance, lights, flowers and a large sign that says ''Restaurant Los Angeles'' When you enter the place you find much more decoration of flowers hanging from the ceiling, lights and signs with neon phrases.

Algo que me gusta de este lugar es que tiene muchas áreas por lo que puedes escoger en que parte deseas sentarte y tener una mejor experiencia, hoy se nos dio por cenar en el jardín ya que queríamos aprovechar lo fresca que estaba la noche y de verdad que todo estaba tan lindo decorado, las luces, banderitas de colores y lo mejor era que teníamos show de música en vivo cerca de nuestra mesa.

Something I like about this place is that it has many areas so you can choose where you want to sit and have a better experience, today we had dinner in the garden because we wanted to take advantage of the coolness of the night and everything was so beautifully decorated, the lights, colorful banners and the best thing was that we had live music near our table.

Debo decir que la comida de este lugar nunca me ha defraudado, algo que me encanta de aquí es la manera en como preparan la sangría por lo que al llegar siempre es lo que suelo pedir para acompañar la entrada, la cual fueron unos chicharrones de la casa preparados en barril, realmente estaban riquísimos, jugosos pero a la vez crocantes y venían acompañados de yuca la cual estaba bastante suave. El día de hoy quería cenar algo no tan pesado ya que realmente no tenía tanta hambre así que opté por un sándwich de pollo crispy el cual me gustó mucho ya que el pan estaba suave, los vegetales frescos y el pollo crujiente pero jugoso, por otro lado, Fer se decidió por una rica hamburguesa artesanal acompañada de papas criollas la cual tenía por nombre Los ángeles burguer, ambas opciones estaban deliciosas, la carne de la hamburguesa bastante jugosa cosa que nos encantó.

I must say that the food at this place has never let me down, something I love about this place is the way they prepare the sangria, so when I arrive it is always what I usually order to accompany my appetizer, which was the house chicharrones prepared in a barrel, they were really delicious, juicy but at the same time crunchy and accompanied by yucca which was quite soft. Today I wanted to have something not so heavy for dinner since I was not really hungry so I opted for a crispy chicken sandwich which I really liked since the bread was soft, the vegetables were fresh and the chicken was crispy but juicy, on the other hand, Fer decided to have a delicious homemade hamburger accompanied by Creole potatoes which was called Los Angeles burger, both options were delicious, the meat of the hamburger was very juicy which we loved.

Al finalizar la noche a demás de disfrutar de rica comida y del increíble ambiente que había, también celebramos el cumpleaños de mi cuñada por lo que realmente fue una noche muy bonita, los chicos del show le cantaron cumpleaños feliz mientras que los meseros y nosotros acompañábamos con aplausos desde la mesa. Sin duda la atención de este restaurante es increíble, siento que a pesar de llenarse bastante la atención es muy rápida y bastante amable, la preparación de la comida suele demorarse lo normal que es de 15 a 20 minutos y por supuesto, es deliciosa. Así que puedo decir que sin duda Los Ángeles me gusta cada vez más, sea que lo visite de tarde o en este caso, de noche. At the end of the night, besides enjoying the delicious food and the incredible atmosphere, we also celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday, so it was really a very nice night, the guys from the show sang happy birthday to her while the waiters and us accompanied her with applause from the table. Without a doubt the service at this restaurant is incredible, I feel that despite being quite crowded the service is very fast and quite friendly, the preparation of the food usually takes the usual 15 to 20 minutes and of course, it is delicious. So I can say that without a doubt I like Los Angeles more and more, whether I visit it in the afternoon or in this case, at night.
