Good evening, amazing people.

Just a little throwback for you all, taken last summer for a weekend camping in the mountains. Here are a few landscape photos of the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area at Mount Charleston, Nevada, situated northwest of Sin City (Vegas). It is a place mostly known as a sky island due to its high elevation, which makes it a perfect getaway from the city. It has breathtakingly high cliffs, gorgeous mountain views, narrow and steep canyons, hillsides, and summits. Mount Charleston is beautiful in any season. During winter, the mountains are covered with magical and splendid snow, and during summer, it is best for camping, like when these photos were taken. I am sharing these as my entry to @photofeed's Landscape Photography Round 43.
