[ESP-ENG] Recipe: Choc Cake | Receta: Torta de Chocolate
Hello hive family, I hope you are all very well, today I want to share with you all a special recipe to make a chocolate cake very different from the ones we are used to make, I made it for my son's birthday and I want to show you how I make it, so let's see the step by step:
Materiales:
- Una Harina de trigo.
- Un kilo de azúcar.
- Una mantequilla de 500gr.
- Una leche de 250gr.
- Medio cartón de huevo.
- Una Maicena pequeña.
- 150gr de cacao.
- Chocolate de taza.
- Vainilla.
Materials:

- One kilo of sugar.
- One 500gr. butter.
- One 250gr milk.
- Half an egg carton.
- One small cornstarch.
- 150gr of cocoa.
- Chocolate cup.
- Vanilla.
Paso 1: Procedemos a agregar el kilo de harina de trigo en un bol grande y espacioso, luego Procederemos a derretir la mantequilla, dejando 50gr. Luego de haber derretido la mantequilla la vamos a colocar a un lado esperando el momento para agregarla, luego de tener ya la harina de trigo en el bol, Procederemos a agregar el cacao, exactamente 150gr, pero debemos asegurarnos de agregarlo a través de un colador así como lo muestra la imagen.
Step 1: We proceed to add the kilo of wheat flour in a large and spacious bowl, then we will proceed to melt the butter, leaving 50 gr. After having melted the butter we will place it aside waiting for the moment to add it, after having already the wheat flour in the bowl, we will proceed to add the cocoa, exactly 150gr, but we must make sure to add it through a strainer as shown in the image.
Paso 2: Luego del cacao Procedemos a agregar el azúcar y luego de agregar el azúcar vamos a revolver la harina con el cacao y la azúcar, éstos tres ingredientes primero, para que todos se liguen perfectamente. Luego de haber echo ésto vamos a agregar la mantequilla derretida, y luego de eso la leche ya preparada y líquida, y comenzamos a revolver todo hasta que la mezcla de nuestra torta esté más que lista, la derramamos en la bandeja y la ponemos a cocinar. Los huevos son para hacer el merengue con el que la torta será decorada, y la Maicena y el resto de la mantequilla y cacao y azúcar, serán para hacer un chocolate para adornar. El chocolate de taza será para rellenar la torta y decorarla al ya estar lista. De ésta manera terminamos, espero que les pueda gustar mucho.

The eggs are to make the meringue with which the cake will be decorated, and the cornstarch and the rest of the butter and cocoa and sugar, will be to make a chocolate to decorate. The chocolate cup will be used to fill the cake and decorate it when it is ready. This is how we finished, I hope you like it a lot.
