Chicken Drumstick Adobo

I think everyone have the right to chose what part of the chicken they love most. For me, I love the breast but today I tried these drumstick for my new version of cooking. I just marinated it first and before I do that, I clean the meat with vinegar and salt together. Brush it on the meat to remove all undesired smell. Do this all the time before cooking the chicken meat and you will taste the very best of your cooking result.

Then marinate the chicken meat with shredded garlic, ginger, lemon, vinegar, paprika powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt, maggi cubes, and bay leaves. You can marinate as many as you can but do not cook it all. Just cook the amount of your consumption of your meal. Keep frozen the remaining mixture for the next day you want to eat. Those marinated chicken could be a fried chicken , adobo or you can bake/grill it too. You can do it by using charcoal, oven or air fried cooking procedure. The hassle is limited when you do what I did.
