Simple happiness.

I am the happiest person in the world, because next to me is my beloved wife, my children, who leave me no doubt about this statement, but it is always interesting to talk about happiness, about this concept.

If there is something very complicated in the world, then, probably, the concept of happiness will come first.

For some, very little is needed for complete happiness, and, for others, the list of things that can bring you closer to a feeling of complete happiness never ends, and everything is too little for them.

Someone, in search of happiness, strives to get into a noisy city, and someone, on the contrary, tries to move away from the city, buys an abandoned farm and finds his happiness in fully providing himself and his family with the fruits of his hands.

The happiness of adults and children is very different, it is enough for a red child to be taken in hand, handed him a tasty, sweet candy, allowed to make a mess in his own room, or let him go to the cinema with friends.

And, for us, who are older, it is already difficult to build our own happiness with such things, though. sometimes, we find ourselves in situations where we can understand that nothing has changed over the years, very little is needed for happiness.

Do you doubt?

Happily, it may be possible to purchase a wax candle, light it at the moment when the whole city plunged into darkness.

Happiness is an opportunity to warm your hands over the flame of a candle, because it is very cold in the apartment, especially in the dark.

And, also, fortunately, I managed to take a series of good photographs by candlelight.

Although, I would probably prefer to be able to go somewhere where there are many bright flowers, where bees buzz, where I can immerse myself in the sweet aroma and observe the macro life of the small inhabitants of the bright petals.

I doubt that, today, I consider as happiness the opportunity to build a snowman with the onset of cold weather, but, as a child, for me it was real, genuine happiness.

But you know. in ukraine, over the past year, children have matured a lot and many dream that there would be no snow and cold, because they already understand that the war, or rather, fascist russia, wants to doom them to death in cold apartments, destroying infrastructure facilities, including thermal power plants and power distribution units.

In such a situation, the snowman ceases to be something that can be called a word - happiness.

Happiness and sorrow are always there.

Look at this photograph.

You see the consequences of the explosion of a cruise missile that destroyed one of the vital infrastructure of our city.

For the people who found themselves in the epicenter of the explosion, it became an incessant grief, but for those who were able to watch it, there is a small place in their hearts for happiness, because God saved them and they were away from the explosion.

Of course, this is a slightly different happiness, with a touch of pain, because we sympathize with the people who suffered from the explosion, but I will be a cynic if I say that there is no happiness in the fact that life goes on, this is just the pure truth, without a false shell .

We can say that happiness can be not simple, simple, but very, too simple.

In wartime, you can’t show the location where it happened in photographs with explosions, for this reason, I distorted the city landscape.
