A guy's running from the police and getting tazed. I'm pretty sure it's part of a tv show, but I could be wrong.

Nevermind, can't find a source for the show, probably real then.

It's staged. Watch as the guy with the beer puts one foot behind the other in order to trip himself.

Looks like he could have, might also be his muscles seizing up from the taser.

After many replays, I still think it is staged. His right foot doesn't seem to have a tendency to swing in (pigeon-toed), so the move was most likely deliberate. Then if you think about it... would anyone need a drink so badly that you take a sip while attempting to out-run a cop? And why wasn't the bottle shoved into the back of his mouth if all his muscles just froze up and he did a face-plant with the bottle still between his lips? Because at the same time he's flipping his foot in to trip himself, he's also moving the bottle down to his chest so that he has his arms in front of himself to cushion the contact with the dirt. The bad picture quality is likely because of post-editing to ad the sparks.
