My personal hero.
A hero is someone who has a significant impact on the lives of others. They assist one in doing great things, combating wrongdoing, and setting a good example.
True, heroes are judged not by their stature or strength, but by their good acts. They can be identified by the sacrifices they have made and the positive changes they have made in people's lives.
When I think of telling hero stories, I immediately think of parents. Parents have the biggest hearts of everyone. They are courageous, strong, hard-working, dependable, and selfless. They are heroes who defend and improve the lives of their children.
When I was younger, I had no idea what a hero was, and when asked who my personal heroes were, I'd say Superman and anyone else with superpowers, but as time went on, I began to understand and realize that a hero is someone who has more love to give than strength, or someone who has the ability of thinking good of others, and parents possess all of these qualities.
Parents are wonderful people who create a warm and safe environment for their children to grow and mature. Although it's not everyone that considers them heroes for some personal reasons.
Parents do more than give birth to their children; they also play the role of hero by constantly being there for them, even when times are difficult.
They are heroes who prioritize their children's needs over their own, are selfless, and provide encouragement for their children to achieve their ambitions.
They gave up everything and still managed to be happy with a smile on their faces.
Parents are heroes not only for what they provide for their children, but also for what they provide for others. Parental figures are the types of heroes who should be honored on a daily basis rather than just on social media.
Finally, a true hero would improve someone's life by sacrificing their happiness and making difficult decisions, which is exactly what parents will do for their children. For these reasons, I chose my parent as my personal hero.

Parents are just wonderful, they shield us from the harsh realities of life and prepare us so that when we are on our own we would be able to hold the forte.
