Stand Up and Walk

One of the good things to do for cardio is going for a walk. It is also good for the mental health. Too bad, many people are too lazy to even stand up, and walk. Of course, you go walking inside the house when doing some chores. However, it would be fun to go out of the house for a walk.

If you live close to the park, why not go there to walk, and enjoy the green surroundings? That way you're going to take in some fresh air (unless there are pollutants). It's an advantage living close to the park, or even when it's in the mountain, or there's a beach.

What's really important is to have a walk, but I hope there would be more space for pedestrians.
