October 11 2022 - Feeling a lit better

After the last couple of day being slow because of back pain, today felt a lot better. I still had a degree of tenderness in my back but no pain today.

I decided to work from home again so as to not over do it but I did get out for a shirt 3 km walk in the evening. That was good for me. The photo is from my walk by the duck pond.

Tomorrow hopefully back to normal. Well, I am usually so active in life I find it frustrating slowing down.

Sorry about your back pain man, that is never fun, I had a broken disc about 15 years ago, it took 6 months to heal, so great that you are recovering, enjoy your walks and stay !ALIVE
