Self Pampering

This year has been the coldest of the last few years. Winter is almost over even though the temperature stays around 21 degrees. It has been raining for a while now, so the temperature level is a bit low. What is your favorite winter food?.... Although in our country winter means the festival of traditional foods like pitha (cakes) and all. But I have no interest in sweets. I prefer sour and spicy to sweet. So I thought I'd try something sweet and sour stuffs like Thai soup and all.

Yesterday I had some academic processes at university. At first I thought the procedure might be finished before noon. But that did not happen. It was too late to process so we couldn't have lunch. It is evening when we are free. We had to go out and find a restaurant for relaxation and where we could have desirable meal. A few days ago a new restaurant opened next to my house where I have not gone yet. It was decided to go there.

This is the restaurant. As far as I know from social media, best-selling menu of this restaurant is Pizza. There was very little space inside the restaurant however, I like their interior design quite a bit. The thing I liked most about them was their open kitchen. Because I was able to watch how my food was being prepared. I ordered a pizza and ramen for me.

I ordered a bowl of ramen just for getting a different kinda soup feeling.It seemed like ordinary noodle soup consists of wheat noodles and chicken steak with some basic toppings. But the taste of these noodles was not ordinary at all. The soup in particular was really tasty and there was a perfect amount of spice in it, which was not too much or too little. They didn't use any of instant noodles in it which was quite impressive. They use sufficient meat in it which was tender enough. All in all this was awesome to eat.

Then I ordered a pizza. It was basic chicken pizza with black olive and extra cheese. Pizza crust was perfectly cooked just the way I want it. But it seems to me, the amount of black olives and chicken is relatively less in quantity. The price range seemed a little high than the quality. But It must be admitted that I had a wonderful evening there.
