This! Spot on. Build a following of real people and make a point of being a great follower of real people yourself!

I try to do this each day by voting and commenting on 3 or 4 new posts from people I follow - helps keep me engaged and connected. I like the idea of #FollowFriday and discovering new content through posts like this - nice one.

I've been doing these posts from the start. It's fun for me and I think it does help out some of those I mention. I've also been an avid commenter :)
