Enjoying Sunset in the Indian Ocean

This afternoon I want to relieve the burden of thoughts in my head by going to a hill to enjoy the sunset with beautiful views of the sea and nature below. The cliff I visited this afternoon is not too far from where I live.

Even though this cliff is still located in Aceh Besar Regency, from the center of Banda Aceh City it takes around 40 minutes to go here. This cliff is located near Laksamana Malahayati Harbor in Lamreh Krung Raya Village.

When I arrived at this cliff, I was immediately greeted by a very beautiful view of the sunset on the western horizon. This afternoon I went here with my good friend Ari, the view of the spectacular golden light from the sunset this afternoon amazed me.

My mind which was previously very burdened began to feel relaxed when I saw this view, from here I could also see the beach which was very far away, the beach sand there looked very clean.

Right under the cliff where I was standing today I saw a lot of coral rocks that were exposed to the surface because the sea water was receding this afternoon.

The still very natural green forest behind the beach also looks very beautiful, the view of the afternoon sun illuminates all the beauty of the universe as far as the eye can see.

The mountains visible from here also add to the impression that the view is even more beautiful. This is the most popular natural tourist spot in Aceh Besar today.

Going here to refresh your mind is very appropriate, listening to relaxing music from your smartphone and enjoying light snacks while looking at the beautiful scenery before my eyes really feels like I'm in dreamland.

Enjoying the sunset has been my hobby since I first entered college, when I have free time like this afternoon I always invite my friends to enjoy the sunset near the beach like this afternoon.

However, what made my heart feel very sad when I was enjoying a beautiful view like this was that I had to be willing to leave this place after a moment where I could enjoy the sunset because it was getting dark.

Going home while looking at the sunlight which is getting darker really makes me very sad, but the sunset can always make me happy again when it returns tomorrow afternoon.

This afternoon I enjoyed a very pleasant trip with my good friends, see you in the next post.
