Hola mi gente linda de esta comunidad, me siento feliz de poder compartir con todos ustedes una rica receta que aprendí en un curso, esta es una receta de como elaborar Helados cremosos, en este caso quise realizar unos minis helados, sin más que decir comencemos.

Materiales:

3 Tazas de crema de leche.
1 Taza de azucar.
2 cda de Harina de trigo.
2 cda de Agua.
3 cda de Cacao en polvo.
3 Huevos.

Materials:

3 Cups of milk cream.

2 tablespoons of water.

3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Steps:

Paso 1: Comenzamos en un recipiente agregar el agua y la harina de trigo la cual vamos a mezclar tratando de no hacer grumos, luego en otro recipiente colocamos solo las yemas y batimos poco a poco.

Paso 2: Ahora batimos lo que seria las yemas, el azucar y cacao, mientras colocamos las crema de leche en baño maria, vamos agregar la mezcla de chocolate y la harina con el agua a la crema de leche mezclamos y cuando este espesa la colocamos en vasitos y a enfriar.
