Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah The Largest Mosque In Riau Islands
Happy Eid Al-Fitr for those of you who celebrate it. Finally, after one month of fasting in the month of Ramadan, we as people of Islam religion are now celebrating Eid Al-Fitr.
On this special day, I will share a video about the architectural majesty of the Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque. This mosque is the largest mosque in Riau Islands. With the location in Batam City.
The Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque has a design similar to the Nabawi Mosque in Madina. This can be seen from the design of the umbrellas in the outdoor part of the mosque which can be opened and closed.
The moment the mosque umbrellas can be opened is a beautiful moment that visitors, including me, usually look forward to. Luckily, I could see the beauty of the mosque's giant umbrella when it was opened.

I've never seen a mosque from abroad before. It looks so big and majestic. The architecture is perfect. I wonder if it is bigger than the biggest mosque in my city? I shared its post a couple of years ago haha.
I thought the great mosque in some city or country has different size according to the free land before 😊 but yeah usually in the capital city is bigger than others. In capital city of Indonesia (Jakarta) there is a bigger mosque than this 😊
