Hive colleagues, today I come with a recipe to prepare yogurt at home, the reason for the tutorial has to do with supermarket prices, it is much better to carry out the procedure at home and have more product than to pay more money for less quantity, Yes, we are going to need an hour in total or less, to carry out the process.

Materials used:

  • 6 bags of milk x 900 mL ($25,000)
  • 2 bonyurt x 170g (7,000)
  • sugar 400 g (2,400)

Total 34,400 ($7.8 USD)/ 5.4L = $6,370 ($1.44 USD)

supermarket price // 20,000/1.7 L = $11,700 L (2,54 USD)

Compañeros de hive, hoy vengo con una receta para prepara yogur en casa, la razón del tutorial tiene que ver con los precios del supermercado, sale mucho mejor realizar el procedimiento en casa y tener mayor cantidad de producto que pagar más dinero por menor cantidad, eso si, vamos a necesitar una hora en total o menos, para llevar a cabo el proceso.

Materiales usado:

  • 6 bolsas de leche x 900 mL ($25,000)
  • 2 bonyurt x 170g (7,000)
  • azucar 400 g (2,400)

  • Add the milk to the container and heat until it resists 3 seconds of heat, do not let it boil.
  • Let cool until resisting 7 seconds with your finger, or a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the bonyurt and the sugar, let it rest for 2-5 hours, with a blanket, and a dark plastic sheet on top to keep the light out and keep it warm.
  • Cut with a wooden spoon, make a cross-shaped movement and then slow circular movements. Refrigerate
  • Agregar la leche al recipiente y calentar hasta resistir 3 segundos de calor, no dejar hervir.
  • Dejar enfriar hasta resistir 7 segundos con el dedo, ó una temperatura de 40 grados centígrados.
  • Agregar el bonyurt y el azucar, dejar reposar 2-5 horas, con una cobija, y un plastico oscuro encima para no dejar entrar la luz y conservar calor.
  • Cortar con una cuchara de palo, realizar un movimiento en forma de cruz y luego movimientos circulares lentos. Refrigerar
