Yes, we have the same thinking Ate with the Abaya. Though, I just observe Muslim women here in our country, I can tell that one of the great purpose of wearing it is to protect from heat. Though I never touch one, it feels like it is comfortable wear. As for yhe umbrella, as long as they won't jail us by using it without rains, we can use utilize it. Maybe, that is what they should learn from us. Because umbrella for me is also one of the great things that human invented. Just today, Cebu city recorded a 40'degree . We survived the heat though our workplace doesn't have an Aircon. It is uncomfortable, yet manageable.
